        Fun variety but basic pretzels

        It was fun to get my first subscription box and the snacks were good tasting and seemed to be of high quality. I was however I little let down that in terms of pretzels it was two bags of the same kind of pretzel ( One timers in this case) and two classic pretzel salts. With all the options I would have expected more variety. I could have gotten a similar experience from my local grocery store freezer case. Actually as i recently found out, the one timers are at a local store as well as two other varieties that come with three salts, so actually I might have been better buying from the store if I had realized sooner that I could buy them at my store. All that said I will likely order again, we will just need to see how the next two months of the subscription goes in order to determine if the subscriptions are worth the money, or if I will stick to specifically ordering the desired items that can't be found at the store.

        Fast delivery, delicious food, fun flavors.

        We got this subscription box for my husband for Christmas. We have all been enjoying it. I think I will use Provisions for gifts for others as well. It freezes well, Cooks up quick, and is a fair price.

      I just placed my order online. When will I receive my shipment?

      Given the perishable nature of our products, we only ship Monday through Friday.

      After you submit your order online, it takes 1 to 2 business days to process your order for shipping. All of our shipments are sent via USPS, FedEx, or UPS and takes an additional 2 to 4 days to arrive after your order is shipped.

      Please note that our soft pretzels are shipped frozen and intended to thaw in transit. So don’t be concerned when your pretzels arrive thawed. They are sent with priority shipping and are intended to arrive within 3-4 days of leaving our facility, but they will stay fresh for up to 7 days before needing to be refrozen.

      If your delivery takes a little longer than expected due to carrier delays, don’t worry. Our soft pretzels are made with all-natural preservatives to ensure their freshness. But it’s important that you open the box upon arrival and either enjoy the pretzels right away or immediately freeze them to preserve their freshness. They will not stay fresh in the box, on the counter, or in the refrigerator. They must be RE-FROZEN.

      You should not store the pretzels in the refrigerator. However, our products will last in the freezer for up to 12 months. If you are going to freeze them, be sure to put them into the freezer right after you receive them.
