        Past Sell By Date

        The package of honey pretzel bites (not bake at home), was two weeks past the sale date and tasted like it, so tossed. The pretzels to bake were amazing, of course.

        Hello Lance, Thank you for reaching out about the date on our packaging. The date listed is a “best by” which is the date that our product will be at its peak flavor. This is not an expiration date. The product will stay fresh and can be used for up to a year after the "best-by date." If you have any additional concerns, please let us know.

        Delicious product and great customer service.

        I ordered a subscription for my daughter and she didn’t get the first delivery. Customer service was so quick to respond and sent a replacement box right away. My daughter loves the pretzels and she already knows she loves the waffles so she’s hoping for those as well next month. Thank you ESP!

      I just placed my order online. When will I receive my shipment?

      Given the perishable nature of our products, we only ship Monday through Friday.

      After you submit your order online, it takes 1 to 2 business days to process your order for shipping. All of our shipments are sent via USPS, FedEx, or UPS and takes an additional 2 to 4 days to arrive after your order is shipped.

      Please note that our soft pretzels are shipped frozen and intended to thaw in transit. So don’t be concerned when your pretzels arrive thawed. They are sent with priority shipping and are intended to arrive within 3-4 days of leaving our facility, but they will stay fresh for up to 7 days before needing to be refrozen.

      If your delivery takes a little longer than expected due to carrier delays, don’t worry. Our soft pretzels are made with all-natural preservatives to ensure their freshness. But it’s important that you open the box upon arrival and either enjoy the pretzels right away or immediately freeze them to preserve their freshness. They will not stay fresh in the box, on the counter, or in the refrigerator. They must be RE-FROZEN.

      You should not store the pretzels in the refrigerator. However, our products will last in the freezer for up to 12 months. If you are going to freeze them, be sure to put them into the freezer right after you receive them.
