          50th bday subscription

          We were gifted an incredible box from ESP for Christmas and my family went nuts for it, especially my husband who has never met a pretzel he doesn’t like. My kids and U decided to surprise him with a quarterly subscription as part of his 50th bday year of gifts! He’s so excited!!

          Disappointment with delivery

          I loved what was in it. It would have been better if I'd found it before this afternoon. The driver didn't leave it where I was told to look. It was left by a tree outside of my yard, by a tree with large trash container around it. you could only see it from one direction.

          The subscription is a great idea! I now have pretzels coming for my husband every 3 months!!! The hard pretzels are really good. The subscription is good for trying different things as well as getting old favorites.

        I just placed my order online. When will I receive my shipment?

        Given the perishable nature of our products, we only ship Monday through Friday.

        After you submit your order online, it takes 1 to 2 business days to process your order for shipping. All of our shipments are sent via USPS, FedEx, or UPS and takes an additional 2 to 4 days to arrive after your order is shipped.

        Please note that our soft pretzels are shipped frozen and intended to thaw in transit. So don’t be concerned when your pretzels arrive thawed. They are sent with priority shipping and are intended to arrive within 3-4 days of leaving our facility, but they will stay fresh for up to 7 days before needing to be refrozen.

        If your delivery takes a little longer than expected due to carrier delays, don’t worry. Our soft pretzels are made with all-natural preservatives to ensure their freshness. But it’s important that you open the box upon arrival and either enjoy the pretzels right away or immediately freeze them to preserve their freshness. They will not stay fresh in the box, on the counter, or in the refrigerator. They must be RE-FROZEN.

        You should not store the pretzels in the refrigerator. However, our products will last in the freezer for up to 12 months. If you are going to freeze them, be sure to put them into the freezer right after you receive them.
