📦 When will I receive my order?

To be transparent, we’ve recently encountered some unexpected delays within our supply chain, which have impacted our shipping timelines. Our team is working closely to resolve these issues as quickly as possible, but unfortunately, we don’t yet have a clear date for when shipments will resume.
We are just as eager to get your order shipped out as you are, and we’re doing everything we can to resolve this quickly. You can either wait for shipments to resume or if you prefer, we can process a refund. Please let us know how you’d like to proceed.

🥨 Do you sell individuals items?
Currently, we no longer offer à la carte items for purchase. Instead, we've curated a selection of thoughtfully designed gift boxes that include our most popular pretzels, toppings, and other gourmet treats. We believe these boxes provide the best value and experience for our customers.

🚛 What’s your shipping policy?
After placing your order online, please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing before shipping. Please note that we do not ship orders on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday due to the perishable nature of our products. Deliveries via USPS or UPS typically take an additional 2 to 7 business days, though please be aware that delays may occur due to carrier issues.
Our products are frozen before shipping, so your pretzels will arrive thawed. They can either be enjoyed immediately by heating or frozen for later enjoyment.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please note that we only ship within the United States and do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
