Q: What is an e-gift from Eastern Standard Provisions?

An e-gift is a digital gift you can send to someone - instead of entering their address, you email or text them a link. After they claim it, they share their shipping address, and we ship the soft pretzel box directly to them.

Q: Who can receive an e-gift?

Recipients must be located within the United States (49 regions).

Q: Can I schedule when the e-gift is sent?

Yes, you can choose to “Send e-gift now” or “Send e-gift later” when setting up the gift.

Q: Can I add a personal message or customize the e-gift experience?

Absolutely. When sending an e-gift, you can modify the digital card’s design, add your own message, and even use your brand colors (if you're ordering corporate gifts).

Q: How do recipients provide their shipping address?

After receiving the e-gift link, the recipient enters their own shipping address (via email, text, or link) so you don’t have to guess where they live.

Q: What if I want to send an e-gift to lots of people (like clients or team)?

No problem. You can upload a spreadsheet of recipients and send e-gifts to as many people as you need.

Q: Can I track the status of the gift after I send the e-gift?

Yes, you will be able to track every gift box from our oven all the way to recipients’ doorsteps.

Our pretzels are shipped frozen and will naturally thaw in transit - that’s expected!

Please open your box upon arrival. Our artisanal pretzels won’t stay fresh in the box, on the counter, or in the fridge.

Heat and enjoy right away, or place them in the freezer to keep them fresh for up to 18 months.

Our “Best By” date is simply the recommended timeframe to enjoy your pretzels at their absolute best in terms of taste and texture. It is not a safety date.

When stored properly in the freezer, our pretzels remain safe to eat well beyond the “Best By” date. For the highest quality, we recommend enjoying them within that window, but rest assured, they are still perfectly safe if frozen and handled as directed.

We recommend that you heat the pretzels using a conventional oven. They're also great in the air fryer, or even on the grill if thawed first. Simply heat through. We do not recommend the microwave.
