Ordering and Shipping

I just placed my order online. When will I receive my shipment?

We only fulfill and ship orders on Tuesday. For same-week delivery, all orders need to be placed by Monday at 2:00 PM EST.

Once your pretzels are on their way, we’ll send you a separate email with tracking info - so you can follow them all the way to your door!

Can I change my order after it has been submitted?

If your order hasn’t been fulfilled and shipped (we only ship on Tuesdays!), you can make changes by Monday, 2 pm EST.

Can you ship orders outside of the U.S.?

Due to the perishable nature of our pretzels, we currently only ship our pretzels in the United States.

Are your products perishable?

Our pretzels are shipped frozen and will naturally thaw in transit - that’s expected!

Please open your box upon arrival. Our artisanal pretzels won’t stay fresh in the box, on the counter, or in the fridge.

Heat and enjoy right away, or place them in the freezer to keep them fresh for up to 18 months.

How long do they last in the freezer? How about the refrigerator?

You should not store the pretzels in the refrigerator.

Where can I buy your products?

You can buy directly from us on our website. You can also find Eastern Standard Provisions pretzels served at your favorite craft breweries and restaurants throughout the country and at select grocery stores.

What does the “best by” date mean on the packaging?

Our “Best By” date is simply the recommended timeframe to enjoy your pretzels at their absolute best in terms of taste and texture. It is not a safety date.

When stored properly in the freezer, our pretzels remain safe to eat well beyond the “Best By” date. For the highest quality, we recommend enjoying them within that window, but rest assured, they are still perfectly safe if frozen and handled as directed.

Can I heat the pretzels any other way?

We recommend that you heat the pretzels using a conventional oven. They're also great in the air fryer, or even on the grill if thawed first. Simply heat through. We do not recommend the microwave.
