Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • To have your package shipped during a specific week, please select a date on the calendar at the bottom of the checkout page. If no date is chosen, we’ll ship your package promptly.

  • If your order hasn’t been fulfilled or shipped, you can make changes within 1 hour of placing the order. Please reach out as soon as possible by emailing hello@esprovisions.com or starting a Live Chat on our website.

Shipping Times & Information

  • Once the order is placed, processing can be up to 1-2 business days.
  • Once shipped, deliveries typically take 2–5 business days.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
  • Please note: We currently ship within the Continental US and do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Product Care During Transit

  • Our artisanal soft pretzels are pre-baked, shipped frozen, and thaw during transit.
  • Upon delivery, heat and eat immediately or place in the freezer to enjoy later.
  • Due to their high water content and potential time in transit, pretzels are safe to refreeze upon arrival.
  • When stored properly in the freezer, pretzels remain fresh for up to 18 months.
  • Salts and sugars may be stored at room temperature.
  • Dips and sauces should be refrigerated after opening.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Packages

  • If your order has not arrived by the eighth day of transit, please contact us via email at hello@esprovisions.com so we can assist you.
  • If your order shows as delivered but is not received, please wait 1 business day before reaching out, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered prematurely.
  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us via email hello@esprovisions.com, and we will help resolve the issue.

Payment Notes

  • Orders paid via PayPal will not be shipped or processed until payment notification is received from PayPal.
