Order Processing & Fulfillment

To have your package shipped during a specific week, please select a date on the calendar at the bottom of the checkout page. If no date is chosen, we’ll ship your package promptly.

If your order hasn’t been fulfilled or shipped, you can make changes within 1 hour of placing the order. Please reach out as soon as possible by emailing hello@esprovisions.com or starting a Live Chat on our website.
Shipping Times & Information
- Once the order is placed, processing can be up to 1-2 business days.
- Once shipped, deliveries typically take 2–5 business days.
- You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
- Please note: We currently ship within the Continental US and do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Product Care During Transit
- Our artisanal soft pretzels are pre-baked, shipped frozen, and thaw during transit.
- Upon delivery, heat and eat immediately or place in the freezer to enjoy later.
- Due to their high water content and potential time in transit, pretzels are safe to refreeze upon arrival.
- When stored properly in the freezer, pretzels remain fresh for up to 18 months.
- Salts and sugars may be stored at room temperature.
- Dips and sauces should be refrigerated after opening.
Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Packages
- If your order has not arrived by the eighth day of transit, please contact us via email at hello@esprovisions.com so we can assist you.
- If your order shows as delivered but is not received, please wait 1 business day before reaching out, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered prematurely.
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us via email hello@esprovisions.com, and we will help resolve the issue.
Payment Notes

Orders paid via PayPal will not be shipped or processed until payment notification is received from PayPal.
