📦 When will I receive my order?

We ship orders weekly on Tuesdays. Orders must be placed by Monday at 2:00 pm EST to ship that same week. Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the following Tuesday. Once shipped, deliveries typically take 2–7 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. (Be sure to check your Spam or Promotions folder just in case!)

🥨 Do you sell individuals items?

Currently, we no longer offer à la carte items for purchase. Instead, we've curated a selection of thoughtfully designed gift boxes that include our most popular pretzels, toppings, and other gourmet treats. We believe these boxes provide the best value and experience for our customers.

🚛 What’s your shipping policy?

After placing your order online, please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing before shipping. Please note that we do not ship orders on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday due to the perishable nature of our products. Deliveries typically take an additional 2 to 7 business days, though please be aware that delays may occur due to carrier issues.

Our products are frozen before shipping, so your pretzels will arrive thawed. They can either be enjoyed immediately by heating or frozen for later enjoyment.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please note that we only ship within the United States and do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
