Ordering and Shipping

I just placed my order online. When will I receive my shipment?

All of our shipments are sent via USPS, FedEx, or UPS and takes two to three days to arrive after your order is shipped. We freeze our pretzels before shipping however your pretzels will arrive thawed. They are ready to heat-and-eat immediately or can be put into your freezer.

Please note that given the perishable nature of our products, Eastern Standard Provisions only ships out pretzels on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure you receive your pretzels in 2 to 3 days. Any orders placed after 1 PM ET on Wednesdays won’t be shipped until the following Monday. You will receive an email with tracking information at the time of shipment.

Can you ship orders outside of the U.S.?

Due to the perishable nature of our pretzels, we currently only ship our pretzels in the United States.

Can I change my order after it has been submitted?

If your order has not been filled, packed, and/or shipped you can change your order. Please contact customer service to revise your order as soon as possible between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. EST at (857) 347-4438.

Product Info

How long do they last in the freezer? How about the refrigerator?

We don't recommend storing our pretzels in the refrigerator. However, our pretzels will last in the freezer for up to 6 months. If you are going to freeze them, be sure to put them into the freezer right after you receive them.

Where can I buy your products?

Heating Instructions

Conventional Oven

Preheat oven to the suggested temperature below (under Specific Heating Times). Each oven varies in temperature, so the heating times below are guidelines.

We recommend fully thawing the pretzels before baking them. If you just can’t wait, the pretzels can be heated in the oven straight from the freezer. Please note that cooking times are longer and will vary based on your oven.

To heat the pretzels, place them on a non-stick cookie sheet or parchment paper.

Brush with butter, water, or olive oil and sprinkle on your choice of pretzel salt, flavored salt or flavored sugar.

Bake pretzels until heated through.

When you take them out of the oven, they’ll be light, airy and ready to be enjoy.

Please use the following oven temperatures and heating times as a guide for heating your pretzels. These will vary depending on your oven. Use caution as your pretzels will be piping hot when they come out of your oven!

Can I heat pretzels any other way?

We recommend that you heat up the pretzels using a conventional oven. Other heating methods will vary, so proceed at your own risk.
