Cannoli Dip

Ingredients

- Ricotta cheese (1 cup)
- Cream cheese (8 oz, softened)
- Powdered sugar (3/4 cup)
- Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
- Mini chocolate chips (1.5 cups)

Instructions

1.) Using a stand mixer, whip the ricotta, cream cheese, and powdered sugar on medium-high speed until smooth, about 3-5 minutes. Add vanilla extract and whip for another 30 seconds.
2.) Fold in 2/3 cups mini chocolate chips, reserving some to sprinkle on top and for the board.
3.) Serve dip immediately with our Liège Belgian waffles and artisanal soft pretzels
4.) Enjoy!
