Italian Baked Cheese Dip

Ingredients

- Eastern Standard Provisions White Cheddar Cheese Sauce ( 4oz bag)
- Ricotta cheese (1/2 cup)
- Cream Cheese (4 oz, softened)
- Fresh basil (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon, ground)
- Salt (a pinch)
- Cheddar Cheese (5 oz, shredded)
- Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks (2, processed into crumbs)
- Grape tomatoes (1/2 cup, chopped)
- Red onion (2 tablespoons, minced)
- Cooking spray

Instructions

1.) Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat small (about 2½ cup) oven-proof baking dish with cooking spray.
2.) Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer until light and airy, about 2 minutes.
3.) Add 1/2 cup ricotta cheese and beat for a minute.
4.) Add White Cheddar Cheese Sauce and beat for another minute.
5.) Add 4 teaspoons of basil, pepper and salt. Add 1 cup of cheddar and breadcrumbs. Beat until blended.
6.) Spread mixture in prepared dish. Top with remaining ¼ cup of cheddar.
7.) Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until heated through but not bubbling.
8.) Serve warm, topped with tomatoes, red onions and remaining basil.
9.) Heat pretzels as directed and ENJOY!
