Peppermint Pretzel Trifle

Ingredients

- 1 Bag of One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites
- 1 Teaspoon butter, melted
- 4 Ounces of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 Cup butter, softened
- 1/2 Cup powdered sugar
- 1 Container Cool Whip
- 3.3 Ounces white chocolate pudding or vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 Cups milk
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 Package candy canes, crushed
- Pink food coloring

Instructions

1.) If One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites are frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2.) Place Pretzel Bites on a baking sheet, brush with 1 teaspoon melted butter, and sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
3.) If frozen, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. If thawed, bake for 3 to 4 minutes.
4.) In a bowl, beat cream cheese and softened butter until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar and fold in whipped topping, set aside.
5.) In a separate mixing bowl, mix pudding, milk, vanilla extract, peppermint, and a few drops of pink food coloring.
6.) Fold this mixture in with the cream cheese mixture.
7.) Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
8.) Right before serving, layer Pretzel Bites and cream mixture.
9.) Top with crushed candy canes and a Pretzel Bite for a delicious garnish.
10.) Enjoy!
