Blueberry Basil Grilled Cheeses

Ingredients (makes 2)

Directions

  1. Fully thaw waffles and cut in half cross-wise to create two halves.
  2. Top one half of each sandwich with cheddar slices and basil leaves.
  3. On the other half of each waffle, spread goat cheese and blueberry jam evenly.
  4. Next, sandwich the halves together.
  5. Warm a pan or griddle over medium heat.
  6. Melt butter to coat the bottom of the pan.
  7. Place sandwiches in the pan and toast on both sides until golden brown.
  8. Cut in half and serve hot.
  9. Enjoy!
