Brie and Preserve Grilled Cheese Sliders

We put our own twist on a grilled cheese slider, and it makes for the perfect sweet and savory snack, side or starter.


  • 6 SlidePiece Mini Buns, thawed
  • 1 tsp Classic Pretzel Salt
  • 4 oz wedge Brie cheese, cut into 6 sections
  • 1 tbsp of fresh or ½ tbsp dried rosemary
  • 6 tbsp of fruit preserves (we used strawberry and apricot)
  • 6 tsp unsalted butter, melted



  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  • Cut each thawed SlidePiece in half
  • Place the pretzel bottoms on a pan, cut side up, and place a slice of Brie on top of each
  • Pop them into the oven for about 5 minutes. Remove just before cheese is fully melted
  • Take each pretzel tops, cut side down, and brush each with 1 tsp of melted butter
  • Sprinkle the pretzel salt on the buttered tops of each pretzel
  • Sprinkle your fresh or dry rosemary over each bottom pretzel with melted cheese
  • Add 1 tablespoon of preserves on top of each pretzel bottom, on top of rosemary-covered melted cheese
  • Place pretzel tops on top to create a mini slider sandwich
  • Pop the tray back in the oven for 2 more minutes to finish
