We put our own twist on a grilled cheese slider, and it makes for the perfect sweet and savory snack, side or starter.
Ingredients
- 6 SlidePiece Mini Buns, thawed
- 1 tsp Classic Pretzel Salt
- 4 oz wedge Brie cheese, cut into 6 sections
- 1 tbsp of fresh or ½ tbsp dried rosemary
- 6 tbsp of fruit preserves (we used strawberry and apricot)
- 6 tsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
- Cut each thawed SlidePiece in half
- Place the pretzel bottoms on a pan, cut side up, and place a slice of Brie on top of each
- Pop them into the oven for about 5 minutes. Remove just before cheese is fully melted
- Take each pretzel tops, cut side down, and brush each with 1 tsp of melted butter
- Sprinkle the pretzel salt on the buttered tops of each pretzel
- Sprinkle your fresh or dry rosemary over each bottom pretzel with melted cheese
- Add 1 tablespoon of preserves on top of each pretzel bottom, on top of rosemary-covered melted cheese
- Place pretzel tops on top to create a mini slider sandwich
- Pop the tray back in the oven for 2 more minutes to finish
