Fig and Herbed Cheese Pretzel Toasts
  • Fresh figs, sliced
  • SlidePiece Soft Pretzel Slider Buns 1 Bag
  • Butter, melted 2 Tablespoons
  • Your favorite spreadable herbed cheese 1 Package
  • Prosciutto 1 Package
  • Lemon Rosemary Pretzel Salt 1 Package
  • Fresh rosemary 1 Stem
  • 1.

    Fully thaw SlidePiece Soft Pretzel Slider Buns

  • 2.

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees

  • 3.

    Cut SlidePiece Soft Pretzel Slider Buns in 1/4 inch slices; brush with melted butter

  • 4.

    Bake slider buns for 3-5 minutes or until crispy

  • 5.

    Spread even layer of cheese spread on slider bun slices

  • 6.

    Sprinkle with Lemon Rosemary Pretzel Salt

  • 7.

    Finish it off by adding a piece of prosciutto, a slice of fresh fig, and a fresh rosemary garnish on top

  • 8.

    Enjoy!

Italian Baked Cheese Dip

Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat small (about 2½ cup) oven-proof baking dish with cooking spray. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer until light and airy, about 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup ricotta cheese and beat for a minute. Add White Cheddar Cheese Sauce and beat for another minute. Add 4 teaspoons of basil, pepper and salt. Add 1 cup of cheddar and breadcrumbs. Beat until blended. Spread mixture in prepared dish. Top with remaining ¼ cup of cheddar. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until heated through but not bubbling. Serve warm, topped with tomatoes, red onions and remaining basil. Heat pretzels as directed and ENJOY!
