Herbed Butter Candle

Herbed Butter Candle
  • Eastern Standard Provisions One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites 1 Bag
  • Unsalted butter 16 Oz
  • Garlic, roasted 1 Head
  • Fresh thyme 2 Tsp
  • Red pepper flakes 1/4 Tsp
  • Edible wick 1
  • Paper cup 1

Ingredients: 

  1. 2 Bags One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites
  2. 16 Oz. unsalted butter
  3. 1 Head of garlic, roasted
  4. 2 Tsp fresh thyme
  5. 1/4 Tsp red pepper flakes
  6. 1 Edible wick
  7. 1 Paper cup

Directions: 

  • Melt butter over low-medium heat. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 
  • Add roasted garlic, fresh thyme, and red pepper flakes to melted butter until fully combined and remove from heat.
  • Cut a small hole in the bottom of the cup. String a length of edible wick through the hole.
  • Fill the cup with the melted butter mixture, making sure the wick remains centered. Refrigerate the cup until butter is firm.
  • Bake pretzels at 400 degrees for 4-6 minutes. 
  • Flip the butter candle out of the cup or cut the paper cup off the candle and place onto a serving plate. You may need to cut the paper cup to release it. Trim the wick if needed.
  • Light the candle, allow the butter to start melting. Dip pretzels into the garlic butter and enjoy!

Italian Baked Cheese Dip

Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat small (about 2½ cup) oven-proof baking dish with cooking spray. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer until light and airy, about 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup ricotta cheese and beat for a minute. Add White Cheddar Cheese Sauce and beat for another minute. Add 4 teaspoons of basil, pepper and salt. Add 1 cup of cheddar and breadcrumbs. Beat until blended. Spread mixture in prepared dish. Top with remaining ¼ cup of cheddar. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until heated through but not bubbling. Serve warm, topped with tomatoes, red onions and remaining basil. Heat pretzels as directed and ENJOY!
