Holiday Hummus Trees

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Package SlidePiece Soft Pretzel Slider Buns, thawed
  • 8 Ounces preferred hummus
  • 1/2 Cup Italian flat-leaf parsley, chopped 
  • 1/2 Cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup pomegranate seeds

Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 
  2. Thaw pretzels, then cut Slidepiece pretzels into triangles, then cut in half. (Save leftover corners for snacking!)
  3. Place pretzels on a baking sheet for 2 minutes or until warm. 
  4. Spread hummus on each pretzel. 
  5. Top pretzels with parsley and cilantro. 
  6. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top. 
  7. Enjoy!
