Irish Pretzel Pudding



Irish Whiskey Sauce:


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray ramekins with nonstick cooking spray and place onto a cookie sheet.
  3. Cut SlidePiece Soft Pretzel Slider Buns into cubes and set aside in a large bowl.
  4. In a small sauce pan, melt the milk and butter on medium heat.
  5. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, Irish Whiskey, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the pretzel cubes and mix until combined.
  7. Pour the milk over the pretzels and fold it in. Add raisins.
  8. Scoop the pretzel mixture into the ramekins.
  9. Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool.

Whiskey Sauce: 

  1. Using a small saucepan, combine ingredients over medium heat until mixture begins to bubble.
  2. Drizzle the whiskey sauce over pretzel pudding and top with whipped cream.
  3. Drizzle with Peanut Butter Caramel Sauce.
  4. Sprinkle with Peanut Brittle Gourmet Topping.
  5. Enjoy!
