Garlic– preferably roasted garlic 6 cloves
Shredded mozzarella cheese2 ½ cups
Eastern Standard Three Cheese Salt½ oz
Fresh Parsley, to garnish.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine the butter, garlic, and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese in a large bowl until well incorporated.
3.
Slice the Turnbuckles in half horizontally and spread the top of each half with equal amounts of garlic butter.
4.
Place the sticks on a baking sheet, butter side up. Top with remaining cup of mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Eastern Standard Three Cheese Salt.
5.
Bake for 5-8 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
6.
Increase the heat to a low broil and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes to crisp up the top and edges. Keep a close eye during this time. Remove when the cheese begins to brown.
7.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Place pumpkin, marshmallow in glass, make espresso over and stir.
In shaker with ice, pour over mixed flavored espresso, vodka and shake.

2 Oz. apple cider
1.5 Oz. tequila
0.5 Oz. lime juice
0.5 Oz. maple syrup

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat small (about 2½ cup) oven-proof baking dish with cooking spray.
Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer until light and airy, about 2 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup ricotta cheese and beat for a minute.
Add White Cheddar Cheese Sauce and beat for another minute.
Add 4 teaspoons of basil, pepper and salt. Add 1 cup of cheddar and breadcrumbs. Beat until blended.
