Raspberry Lime Cosmo

Raspberry Lime Cosmo
  • Eastern Standard Provisions Co. Raspberry Lime Sugar
  • Frozen raspberries 1 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Vodka 4 oz
  • Raspberry liqueur 2 oz
  • Fresh lime juice 1 oz
  • Simple syrup 1 oz
  • Raspberries, for garnish
  • Limes, for garnish
  • 1.

    Fill two martini glasses with ice and water to chill. Set aside.

  • 2.

    Put lime wedges and raspberries on toothpicks. Set aside.

  • 3.

    In a shaker, combine the raspberry juice, raspberry liqueur, vodka and lime juice over ice. Shake until cold.

  • 4.

    Pour out ice water from martini glasses. Dip rims in simple syrup then into Raspberry Lime Sugar.

  • 5.

    Evenly pour drink from shaker into martini glasses.

  • 6.

    Garnish with raspberry lime toothpicks and enjoy!

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup water

  • 2 oz. raspberry liqueur

  • 1 oz. simple syrup

Instructions: 

Simple Syrup:

  • Bring equal parts sugar and water to boil in a saucepan until the sugar is dissolved. 

Raspberry Juice:

  • Combine frozen raspberries and water in blender. Strain into a bowl. Press firmly on mixture with spatula to extract juice.

  • Fill two martini glasses with ice and water to chill. Set aside.

Italian Baked Cheese Dip

Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat small (about 2½ cup) oven-proof baking dish with cooking spray. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer until light and airy, about 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup ricotta cheese and beat for a minute. Add White Cheddar Cheese Sauce and beat for another minute. Add 4 teaspoons of basil, pepper and salt. Add 1 cup of cheddar and breadcrumbs. Beat until blended. Spread mixture in prepared dish. Top with remaining ¼ cup of cheddar. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until heated through but not bubbling. Serve warm, topped with tomatoes, red onions and remaining basil. Heat pretzels as directed and ENJOY!

Cannoli Dip

Instructions:  Using a stand mixer, whip the ricotta, cream cheese, and powdered sugar on medium-high speed until smooth, about 3-5 minutes. Add vanilla extract and whip for another 30 seconds. Fold in 2/3 cups mini chocolate chips, reserving some to sprinkle on top and for the board. Serve dip immediately with our Liège Belgian waffles and artisanal soft pretzels Enjoy!
