Raspberry Lime Margarita

Raspberry Lime Margarita
  • Eastern Standard Provisions Co. Raspberry Lime Sugar
  • Tequila 4 oz
  • Fresh lime juice 2 oz
  • Chambord 1 oz
  • Simple syrup 1 oz
  • Raspberries, for garnish
  • Limes, for garnish
  • Rock candy sticks, for garnish
  • 1.

    Fill two martini glasses with ice and water to chill. Set aside.

  • 2.

    In a shaker, combine the tequila, lime juice, Chambord and simple syrup over ice. Shake until cold.

  • 3.

    Pour out ice water from martini glasses. Cut lime slice and rub along the rim of the glasses. Dip rims into Raspberry Lime Sugar.

  • 4.

    Evenly pour drink from shaker into martini glasses.

  • 5.

    Garnish with raspberries, limes, and rock candy and enjoy!

This Raspberry Lime Margarita recipe is our flavorful and colorful take on the beloved classic Margarita. Jazzed up with a splash of the raspberry liqueur Chambord, rimmed with our Raspberry Lime Sugar and garnished with a lime and a stick of rock candy, you've never had more fun with a cocktail than this. 

Ingredients:

  • Eastern Standard Provisions Co. Raspberry Lime Sugar
  • 4 oz. tequila
  • 2 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz. Chambord
  • 1 oz. simple syrup

  • Limes, for garnish
  • Rock candy sticks, for garnish

Instructions: 

Simple Syrup:

  • Bring equal parts sugar and water to boil in a saucepan until the sugar is dissolved. 

Margarita:

  • Fill two martini glasses with ice and water to chill. Set aside.
  • In a shaker, combine the tequila, lime juice, Chambord and simple syrup over ice. Shake until cold.
  • Pour out ice water from martini glasses. Cut lime slice and rub along the rim of the glasses. Dip rims into Raspberry Lime Sugar.
  • Evenly pour drink from shaker into martini glasses.
  • Garnish with raspberries, limes, and rock candy and enjoy!

Italian Baked Cheese Dip

Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat small (about 2½ cup) oven-proof baking dish with cooking spray. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer until light and airy, about 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup ricotta cheese and beat for a minute. Add White Cheddar Cheese Sauce and beat for another minute. Add 4 teaspoons of basil, pepper and salt. Add 1 cup of cheddar and breadcrumbs. Beat until blended. Spread mixture in prepared dish. Top with remaining ¼ cup of cheddar. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until heated through but not bubbling. Serve warm, topped with tomatoes, red onions and remaining basil. Heat pretzels as directed and ENJOY!
