Smoky Chipotle Hummus Snack Board

Ingredients

- 1 Pack Wheelhouse Signature Soft Pretzels
- 1 Package Classic Pretzel Salt
- 1 Package Chili Lime Pretzel Salt
- 1 Tbsp Everything Spice
- 1 Fresh red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ Cup tahini
- 3 Cloves garlic
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1 (15 ounce) Can chickpeas, rinsed
- 2 Teaspoons olive oil
- 2 Fresh chipotle chiles in adobo
- 1 (15 ounce) Can pumpkin puree
- 1 Teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ Teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 Roasted pumpkin seeds as garnish

Instructions

1.) Thaw Wheelhouses before handling.
2.) Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
3.) Place 5 Wheelhouses on a cutting board and cut into slices approximately 1/4 inch thick. Place slices on a baking sheet, brush pretzel slices with butter, and sprinkle some with 1 teaspoon Chili Lime Pretzel Salt, some with 1 teaspoon Classic Pretzel Salt, and the remaining slices with 1 teaspoon Everything Spice.
4.) Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp.
5.) Using the same warming instructions, place 1 Wheelhouse on a separate baking sheet. Brush with butter and sprinkle with Classic Pretzel Salt.
6.) Bake for 4 to 6 minutes. Use this Wheelhouse for center presentation.
7.) In a food processor, pulse lemon juice, tahini, garlic cloves and salt. Once combined, add in chickpeas, olive oil and chiles. Pulse until mixture is smooth. Add in pumpkin puree, cumin, and smoked paprika. Pulse until mixture is combined.
8.) On a platter fill the center of the Wheelhouse with the prepared hummus. Drizzle with adobo sauce for more flavor.
9.) Arrange Wheelhouse chips and peppers around the center Wheelhouse and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds as garnish.
10.) Enjoy!
