Spicy Truffle Mashed Potatoes

Add a touch of heat and some extra flavor to your Thanksgiving dinner table with our Spicy Truffle Mashed Potatoes. Featuring our Truffle Hot Sauce and topped with our Chili Lime Pretzel Salt, these aren't your grandma's old school mashed potatoes. 


  • Eastern Standard Provisions Co Chili Lime Salt
  • Eastern Standard Provisions Co Truffle Hot Sauce
  • 2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes peeled
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:  

  • Place in large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to boil, reduce heat to medium, and simmer until tender, about 20-30 minutes.
  • Drain
  • Mash potatoes and whip in butter and heavy cream
  • Stir in Chili Lime Salt, pepper, and Truffle Hot Sauce to taste.
  • Transfer to serving bowl, top with Chili Lime Salt, and enjoy!
