Spicy Truffle Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

- Chili Lime Salt
- Truffle Hot Sauce
- 2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes peeled
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Place in large pot and cover with cold water. 2. Bring to boil, reduce heat to medium, and simmer until tender, about 20-30 minutes. Drain
3. Mash potatoes and whip in butter and heavy cream
4. Stir in Chili Lime Salt, pepper, and Truffle Hot Sauce to taste.

Transfer to serving bowl, top with Chili Lime Salt, and enjoy!
