- 4 Strawberry Liège Belgian Waffles
- 1 Knot Your Average Small Batch Summer Citrus Sugar
- 1 Pint vanilla ice cream
- 1 circle cookie cutter
Directions
- On a cutting board, cut all (4) Strawberry Liège Belgian Waffles into circles using the cookie cutter.
- Empty the Summer Citrus Sugar package onto a plate and disperse evenly.
- Next, scoop ice cream onto two waffles.
- Top both with the last two waffles.
- Lastly, roll the ice cream edges of each sandwich in the sugar to coat.
