Wheelhouse Egg in a Hole

Wheelhouse Egg in a Hole
  • Wheelhouse Signature Soft Pretzels 2
  • Eastern Standard Everything Spice Pretzel Salt 1 packet
  • Eggs 2
  • Chives, chopped
  • A red onion, sliced 1/2
  • Tomatoes on the vine
  • Avocado, sliced 1
  • Olive oil or butter to cook your eggs
  • 1.

    Butter the 2 Wheelhouse Signature Soft Pretzels and top with Everything Spice Pretzel Salt.  Prepare pretzels per the heating instructions.

  • 2.

    Heat skillet over medium low heat.

  • 3.

    Coat the pan with olive oil or butter

  • 4.

    Place warmed Wheelhouses in the pan and crack an egg in the center of each Wheelhouse.  

  • 5.

    Cook for 30-45 seconds or until the bottom on the egg is set. 

  • 6.

    Take off the heat and add in red onion, tomatoes, and avocado.  

  • 7.

    Sprinkle chives and more Everything Spice Pretzel Salt on the top to garnish. Enjoy!

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 a red onion, sliced

  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Olive oil or butter to cook your eggs

Instructions:
