Whipped Brie Butter Christmas Tree

Whipped Brie Butter Christmas Tree
  • Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks 12
  • One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites 15
  • Butter 1 Tbsp
  • Brie cheese 1 cup
  • Pomegranate seeds 1/2 Cup
  • Garlic 1 bulb
  • Olive oil 2 Tablespoons
  • Fresh rosemary 4 sprigs
  • Nate's Raw Honey 1 Tablespoon
  • Cheddar cheese slices
  • Toasted almond slivers 2 Tablespoons
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Ingredients: 

  1. 6 Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks
  2. 1 Bag of One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites for dipping
  3. 8 Oz. package of Kerrygold butter (cool)
  4. 8 Oz. wheel of President Brie
  5. 1/2 Pomegranate
  6. 1 Whole bulb of garlic
  7. 2 Tablespoons Kosterina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  8. 4 Sticks rosemary
  9. 1 Tablespoon of Nate's Raw Honey
  10. Salt & pepper to taste
  11. 9 Cheddar cheese slices
  12. 2 Tablespoons unsalted dry toasted almond slivers
  13. Star cookie cutter
  14. Parchment paper
  15. Aluminum Foil
  16. Cutting board

Directions: 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cut the bottom off of the garlic bulb and place on aluminum foil.
  • Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season with salt & pepper.
  • Loosely wrap tinfoil around the garlic and place the oven for 30-40 minutes.
  • Once the garlic is cooked and cooled, scoop into a bowl and set aside.
  • Cut the rind off of the Brie and cut into cubes. Then, cut butter into cubes.
  • Put the cubed butter and Brie into the food processor and blend until whipped.
  • Cut thyme into small pieces to use as "branches" and set aside.
  • Seed the half-pomegranate and set aside.
  • Cut cheddar cheese slices into stars using the cookie cutter.
  • Cut a tree shape out of parchment paper and lay on cutting board. Dab butter on the backside of the tree and flip it over to help the paper stay in place.
  • Using a spatula, spread whipped butter and Brie mixture over the parchment paper, following the outline of the tree.
  • Place cheddar cheese stars throughout tree. Then, place rosemary sprigs on the Christmas tree limbs.
  • Spread small amounts of garlic around tree.
  • Scatter almond slivers & pomegranate seeds throughout tree.
  • Drizzle honey all over.
  • Cook pretzels according to instructions and add to the board.
  • Dip and enjoy!

Italian Baked Cheese Dip

Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat small (about 2½ cup) oven-proof baking dish with cooking spray. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer until light and airy, about 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup ricotta cheese and beat for a minute. Add White Cheddar Cheese Sauce and beat for another minute. Add 4 teaspoons of basil, pepper and salt. Add 1 cup of cheddar and breadcrumbs. Beat until blended. Spread mixture in prepared dish. Top with remaining ¼ cup of cheddar. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until heated through but not bubbling. Serve warm, topped with tomatoes, red onions and remaining basil. Heat pretzels as directed and ENJOY!
