Pecan Berry Baked Brie with Pretzel Chips

Blackberries 1 cup

Honey 3 tbsp

Zest of lemon 1

Fresh lemon juice 2 tsp

Fresh thyme leaves 1 tsp

1.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

In a small pan, over medium-high heat add blackberries, honey, lemon zest and lemon juice.

Bring to a simmer and break up blackberries with a fork.

Add thyme and simmer until sauce thickens, about 5 mins.

Meanwhile, score the top of the brie and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the center of the brie is melted.

Slice the pretzels, brush with butter and sprinkle with Eastern Standard Provisions White Truffle Salt.

Place pretzels on a baking sheet, heat for 3-7 minutes.

Top brie with blackberry compote, blackberries, strawberries, candied pecans and fresh thyme.
