Antipasto One-Timer Skewers

Ingredients

- 1 Bag One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites
- 2 Teaspoons butter, melted
- 1 Package Three Cheese Salt
- 1 Container of mini mozzarella cheese balls
- 1 Jar green olives
- 1 Package of sliced salami
- 1 Package fresh basil
- 1 Jar roasted red peppers
- 1 Jar artichoke hearts
- Bamboo skewers

Instructions

1.) If One-Timers are frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2.) Place 10 One-Timers on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with Three Cheese Pretzel Salt.
3.) If frozen, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. If thawed, bake for 3 to 4 minutes.
4.) Cut each One-Timer into 3 slices.
5.) Take a skewer and start with the bottom slice of one bite. Next, layer 3-4 antipasto ingredients (order doesn't matter).
6.) Slide on middle slice of the bite. Layer another 3-4 ingredients.
7.) Finish with the top slice on the bite. Repeat for all skewers.
8.) Enjoy!
