Cilantro Lime Chicken Sandwich Bites

Cilantro Lime Chicken Sandwich Bites
  • One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites 1 Bag
  • butter, melted 1-2 Tablespoons
  • Chili Lime Pretzel Salt 1 Package
  • Rotisserie Chicken, shredded 1
  • Your favorite cilantro lime dressing, we suggest Stonewall Kitchen's Cilantro Lime Dressing 1 Bottle
  • Kale, chopped 1 Bunch
  • Head of purple cabbage, chopped 1/2
  • Arugula 1 Bag
  • Avocado, mashed 1
  • 1.

    If One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites are frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If One-Timers are thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  • 2.

    Place on baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with Chili Lime Salt.

  • 3.

    If they're frozen, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. If they're thawed, bake for 3 to 4 minutes. 

  • 4.

    Cut slightly cooled One-Timers in half to create mini buns.

  • 5.

    Place shredded rotisserie chicken in a bowl and add half the bottle of cilantro lime dressing.

  • 6.

    Toss to coat chicken. Set aside.

  • 7.

    In another bowl, mix together kale, cabbage, arugula, avocado, and the remaining dressing.

  • 8.

    Build your sandwiches by putting a small scoop of the kale mixture on the bottom half of each One-Timer.

  • 9.

    Add the shredded chicken and top with the other half of the One-Timer.

  • 10.

    Enjoy!

Italian Baked Cheese Dip

Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat small (about 2½ cup) oven-proof baking dish with cooking spray. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer until light and airy, about 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup ricotta cheese and beat for a minute. Add White Cheddar Cheese Sauce and beat for another minute. Add 4 teaspoons of basil, pepper and salt. Add 1 cup of cheddar and breadcrumbs. Beat until blended. Spread mixture in prepared dish. Top with remaining ¼ cup of cheddar. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until heated through but not bubbling. Serve warm, topped with tomatoes, red onions and remaining basil. Heat pretzels as directed and ENJOY!
