- 2 FourSeam Soft Pretzel Buns
- 1 packet of Eastern Standard Everything Spice Pretzel Salt
- 2 Tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp of sriracha (or more if you like a kick!)
- 2 fried eggs, cooked to your liking
- 4 pieces of bacon, cooked until crispy
- Half a tomato, sliced
- Half a red onion, sliced
- 1 Jar of corn salsa
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1 Lime, juiced
Instructions:
- Butter the FourSeam Soft Pretzel buns and top with Everything Spice Pretzel Salt. Prepare pretzels per the heating instructions.
- Fold sriracha into softened cream cheese.
- Mix mashed avocado and lime juice to combine.
- Place bottom of the bun on a plate.
- Layer sriracha cream cheese, red onion, bacon, tomato, fried egg, mashed avocado and corn salsa.
- Place top on and repeat for the second sandwich. Enjoy!
