Goat Cheese and Mushroom Sliders on Pretzel Mini Buns
  • Our SlidePiece Mini Buns, thawed 6
  • Our Lemon Rosemary Salt
  • Our Maui Onion Mustard
  • Ground beef 1 pound
  • Goat cheese 1/4 cup
  • Shallot, thinly sliced 1
  • Baby bella mushrooms 1/2 cup
  • Arugula 1/2 cup
  • Butter 2 tablespoons
  • Chives, chopped 1 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1.

    Slice SlidePieces in half, butter and top with Lemon Rosemary Salt, then bake following our heating instructions.

    In a medium bowl, gently mix ground beef, salt and pepper. Form into 6 small patties

    Warm up your grill, if using a propane grill heat to 400 degrees, and cook patties for 4-7 minutes (depending on how well done you prefer). Transfer to a plate

    Assemble Sliders: Spread goat cheese on bottom half of SlidePieces, then stack with arugula, patties, caramelized shallots, sauteed mushrooms, and chives. Drizzle with Maui Onion Mustard, and top SlidePiece bun, and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 6 SlidePiece Mini Buns, thawed
  • Lemon Rosemary Salt
  • Maui Onion Mustard
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese
  • 1 shallot, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup baby portobello mushrooms
  •  1/2 cup arugula
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Caramelized Shallots:

  • Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a small skillet over medium heat and cook shallots, stirring often and reducing temperature to low until deep golden brown and very soft, 15-20 minutes. Set aside

Sauteed Mushrooms:

  • Heat 2 tablespoon butter in a small skillet over medium heat and cook mushrooms, stirring occasionally until crisp and brown, 10-15 minutes. Set aside

Sliders and Assembly:

  • Slice SlidePieces in half, butter and top with Lemon Rosemary Salt, then bake following our heating instructions.

Italian Baked Cheese Dip

Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat small (about 2½ cup) oven-proof baking dish with cooking spray. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer until light and airy, about 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup ricotta cheese and beat for a minute. Add White Cheddar Cheese Sauce and beat for another minute. Add 4 teaspoons of basil, pepper and salt. Add 1 cup of cheddar and breadcrumbs. Beat until blended. Spread mixture in prepared dish. Top with remaining ¼ cup of cheddar. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until heated through but not bubbling. Serve warm, topped with tomatoes, red onions and remaining basil. Heat pretzels as directed and ENJOY!
