Guacamole Board
  • Wheelhouse Signature Soft Pretzels 1 Bag
  • Butter, melted 2 Tablespoons
  • Chili Lime Pretzel Salt 1 Package
  • Pretzel Salt 1 Package
  • Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks 2 Bags
  • Your favorite guacamole recipe 1 Cup
  • Sliced veggies of your choice
  • Chives, chopped for garnish 1 Bundle
  • 1.

    Place 1 Wheelhouse Signature Soft Pretzel and at least a dozen Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks on baking sheet.

  • 2.

    If pretzels are frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  • 3.

    Brush pretzels with melted butter, and sprinkle with Pretzel Salt or Chili Lime Salt.

  • 4.

    If frozen, bake 6-10 minutes. If thawed, bake 3-6 minutes.

  • 5.

    Place the Wheelhouse on your serving platter and fill center with guacamole.

  • 6.

    Assemble assorted veggies and Turnbuckles around the Wheelhouse to fill your serving dish to your liking.

  • 7.

    Sprinkle chives over dish.

  • 8.

    Enjoy!

Italian Baked Cheese Dip

Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat small (about 2½ cup) oven-proof baking dish with cooking spray. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer until light and airy, about 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup ricotta cheese and beat for a minute. Add White Cheddar Cheese Sauce and beat for another minute. Add 4 teaspoons of basil, pepper and salt. Add 1 cup of cheddar and breadcrumbs. Beat until blended. Spread mixture in prepared dish. Top with remaining ¼ cup of cheddar. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until heated through but not bubbling. Serve warm, topped with tomatoes, red onions and remaining basil. Heat pretzels as directed and ENJOY!
