Korean BBQ Turnbuckle Tacos

Korean BBQ Turnbuckle Tacos
  • Shredded cabbage 3 cups
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped 2 Tbsp
  • Green onion, chopped 1 small bunch
  • Sesame oil 3 Tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Eastern Standard Provisions Korean BBQ Salt 1 tsp
  • Ranch dressing 1/4 tsp
  • 1.

    Slice the Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks on top long ways (make sure not to go all the way through). 

  • 2.

    Butter and sprinkle with Korean BBQ Salt and bake per the instruction. 

  • 3.

    Prepare your Korean beef.

  • 4.

    Mix all the ingredients for Asian Slaw together and set aside. 

  • 5.

    Combine Sriracha and ranch dressing in a small bowl and set aside as well. 

  • 6.
    1. Layer slaw and beef in the Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks. Top with sesame seeds, green onion, and a drizzle of sriracha ranch.  Enjoy!

Ingredients:

Asian Slaw

  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 small bunch of green onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Korean BBQ Salt
  • 1/4 tsp ranch dressing

Sriracha Ranch Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp sriracha
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

Tacos

Instructions:

  1. Slice the Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks on top long ways (make sure not to go all the way through). 
  2. Butter and sprinkle with Korean BBQ Salt and bake per the instruction. 
  3. Prepare your Korean beef.
  4. Mix all the ingredients for Asian Slaw together and set aside.

Italian Baked Cheese Dip

Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat small (about 2½ cup) oven-proof baking dish with cooking spray. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer until light and airy, about 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup ricotta cheese and beat for a minute. Add White Cheddar Cheese Sauce and beat for another minute. Add 4 teaspoons of basil, pepper and salt. Add 1 cup of cheddar and breadcrumbs. Beat until blended. Spread mixture in prepared dish. Top with remaining ¼ cup of cheddar. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until heated through but not bubbling. Serve warm, topped with tomatoes, red onions and remaining basil. Heat pretzels as directed and ENJOY!
