Liège Belgian Waffle Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 Liège Belgian Waffles
  • 1 Whole fried egg
  • 1/2 Fresh avocado, mashed
  • 2 Slices of tomato
  • 2 Slices of bacon, cooked until crispy

Directions

  1. If waffle is frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees. If waffle is frozen, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. If thawed, bake for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Layer 1 waffle with tomato slices, fried egg, mashed avocado and bacon.
  3. Top with second waffle. Enjoy!
