Ingredients
- 6 of our Turnbuckle soft pretzel sticks, thawed
- Eastern Standard Provisions Co White Truffle Salt
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup oyster mushrooms
- 1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 cup Brie cheese
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Slice Turnbuckles in half, butter, sprinkle with White Truffle Salt, and then bake following our heating instructions.
- Heat large nonstick pan over medium high heat. Once hot, add butter, mushrooms, and a sprinkle of White Truffle Salt.
- Cook mushrooms for 3 minutes then stir in minced garlic. Cook for 2 more minutes until mushrooms are golden brown. Add thyme and set aside.
- Heat oven on broiler setting.
- Cut Brie cheese into 12 slices. Top Turnbuckle halves with cheese and mushrooms.
- Place toasts on baking sheet and place them under broiler until Brie is melted and browned on the edges.
- Garnish with thyme and enjoy!
