Mushroom & Brie Toasted Turnbuckles

Instructions

1. Slice Turnbuckles in half, butter, sprinkle with White Truffle Salt, and then bake following our heating instructions.
2. Heat a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add butter, mushrooms, and a sprinkle of White Truffle Salt.
3. Cook mushrooms for 3 minutes, then stir in minced garlic. Cook for 2 more minutes until mushrooms are golden brown. Add thyme and set aside.
4. Heat oven on broiler setting.
5. Cut the Brie cheese into 12 slices. Top Turnbuckle halves with cheese and mushrooms.
6. Place the toasts on a baking sheet and place them under the broiler until the Brie is melted and browned on the edges.

Garnish with thyme and enjoy!
