Strawberry Pretzel Cake

Strawberry Pretzel Cake
  • SlidePiece Soft Pretzel Slider Buns, thawed 6
  • Quartered strawberries 4 cups
  • Unsalted butter 2 Tbsp
  • Heavy cream 1 cup
  • Maple sugar chunks 4 tablespoons
  • Sugar 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons)
  • Pure vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  • 1.

    Add strawberries and 2 tablespoons of sugar in a large bowl and stir to coat strawberries

  • 2.

    Cover and let it sit in the refrigerator until ready to use! This will bring out those delicious strawberry juices

  • 3.

    Cut pretzels in half and brush the tops with 1 tablespoon melted butter.

  • 4.

    Sprinkle with maple chunks and bake for 4-6 minutes starting from thawed

    Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 3 minutes before assembling

    Using a hand or stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat the heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, and vanilla extract on medium-high speed until soft-medium peaks form (about 3 minutes)

    Take the bottoms of your baked and cooled pretzels and place on a tray

    First add your whipped cream, topped with the mixture of strawberries followed by another layer of whipped cream, then add the tops of the pretzels and a little more whip cream for fun!

Turnbuckle Lobster Rolls

Ingredients:  1 Bag Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks 1 Lb. cooked lobster meat, or meat from 2-3 medium-sized lobsters 4 Tbsp butter 1 Tbsp mayo 1 Tbsp finely diced celery rib 1 Tsp lemon juice Sprinkle of chives Salt & pepper to taste Directions:  Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut a "V" shape out of the tops of thawed turnbuckles, like a sub bun. In a small bowl, stir together softened butter and garlic. Spread mixture onto the insides of the precut turnbuckles. Toast in the oven for 3-5 minutes. Drain lobster and pat excess moisture off with a paper towel. If needed, cut lobster meat into chunks. Add butter to a skillet over medium heat. Add lobster to pan of melted butter and toss to coat. Cook until just warmed, about two minutes (it's already cooked, so we're just warming it). Use a slotted spoon to remove meat and let excess butter drip into the pan. Pour the warmed lobster into a bowl with the mayo and stir to combine. Add diced celery, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper to the bowl and stir to combine. Place 1/6 of lobster mixture into the Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks. Top with a sprinkle of fresh chives and serve immediately.  Enjoy!

Pretzel Hot Dog Kebabs

Ingredients:  1 Bag One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites 2 Tbsp chili sauce 3 Tbsp brown sugar 8 Oz. mustard 1 16 Oz.-package of hot dogs, cut into 16 pieces 2 Ears fresh corn, cut into 12 pieces 1 Green pepper, cut into 12 pieces 1 Red onion, peeled and cut into half-moons 1 Red bell pepper, cut into 12 pieces Directions:  Preheat grill to medium heat. In a medium bowl, combine chili sauce, brown sugar, and mustard; mix well and set aside. On each skewer, thread a piece of hot dog, corn, green pepper, onion, red pepper, and a soft pretzel bite. Repeat until skewer is filled. Brush skewers with half the chili sauce mixture, then grill 4 to 5 minutes. Brush with the remaining sauce, then turn the skewers and grill 4 to 5 more minutes, or until vegetables are tender and hot dogs are heated through. Enjoy!

Blueberry Buttercream Liège Belgian Waffle Tarts

Ingredients (makes 4) 1 Pack Liège Belgian waffles (Classic or Dark Chocolate Dipped) Fresh fruit of your choice, sliced 1 Jar Wild Main Blueberry Jam 2 Sticks (8 ounces) unsalted butter, softened 1/2 Teaspoon salt 3 1/2 Cups confectioners sugar, sifted 1 Tablespoon almond milk Chocolate shavings, optional Lemon zest, optional Piping bag for buttercream Directions If Liège Belgian waffles are frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If they're thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place 4 waffles on a baking sheet. If waffles are frozen, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. If they're thawed, bake for 3 to 4 minutes. Place butter in a stand mixer with paddle attachment and beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes. Add the jar of Wild Main Blueberry Jam and beat until combined. NOTE: save a few tablespoons of jam to add to the top of the buttercream if desired. Add in the confectioners sugar on low speed. Mix in the almond milk and salt.  Beat on high speed for 2 minutes to give the buttercream a fluffy texture. Spoon buttercream into your piping bag. Pipe buttercream in a circle to cover the top of each waffle. Decorate with your favorite fruit, chocolate shavings and/or lemon zest. Enjoy!

Herbed Butter Candle

Ingredients:  2 Bags One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites 16 Oz. unsalted butter 1 Head of garlic, roasted 2 Tsp fresh thyme 1/4 Tsp red pepper flakes 1 Edible wick 1 Paper cup Directions:  Melt butter over low-medium heat. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Add roasted garlic, fresh thyme, and red pepper flakes to melted butter until fully combined and remove from heat. Cut a small hole in the bottom of the cup. String a length of edible wick through the hole. Fill the cup with the melted butter mixture, making sure the wick remains centered. Refrigerate the cup until butter is firm. Bake pretzels at 400 degrees for 4-6 minutes.  Flip the butter candle out of the cup or cut the paper cup off the candle and place onto a serving plate. You may need to cut the paper cup to release it. Trim the wick if needed. Light the candle, allow the butter to start melting. Dip pretzels into the garlic butter and enjoy!

Blueberry Basil Grilled Cheeses

Ingredients (makes 2) 2 Classic Liège Belgian Waffles 1 Jar Wild Maine Blueberry Jam 4 Slices of white cheddar cheese 1 Container of goat cheese 8 Fresh basil leaves 2 Tablespoons of butter (for buttering your pan) Directions Fully thaw waffles and cut in half cross-wise to create two halves. Top one half of each sandwich with cheddar slices and basil leaves. On the other half of each waffle, spread goat cheese and blueberry jam evenly. Next, sandwich the halves together. Warm a pan or griddle over medium heat. Melt butter to coat the bottom of the pan. Place sandwiches in the pan and toast on both sides until golden brown. Cut in half and serve hot. Enjoy!
