Maui Onion Mustard Salad with Pretzel Bite Croutons

Ingredients

- 12 of our One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites, thawed
- 3 tbsp of our Maui Onion Mustard
- 3 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Mixed Greens
- Carrot, sliced
- Cucumber, sliced
- Radish, sliced
- Bell pepper, sliced
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Chopped Pecans
- Chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Pretzel Bite Croutons:

1. Cut Pretzel Bites into quarter pieces and arrange on a baking tray.
2. Brush with the melted butter, then place the tray in a 400-degree oven on broil until the pretzel pieces become golden and crispy. Set aside

Truffle Mustard Dressing:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine avocado oil, lemon juice, and Truffle Mustard.
2. Mix and season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside

Salad:

1. Mix vegetables and greens in a large bowl or platter
2. Pour Truffle Mustard dressing into the bowl and toss
3. Top salad with Pretzel Bite croutons and enjoy!
