Hummus & Veggie Pretzel Sandwich

Hummus & Veggie Pretzel Sandwich
  • Our Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks, thawed 6
  • Eastern Standard Provisions Co. Maui Onion Mustard 1 tbsp
  • Any of our artisanal flavored salts
  • Carrots, shredded 1 cup
  • Hummus 1 cup
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved 1 cup
  • Cucumber, chopped 1 cup
  • Spinach 1 cup
  • 1.

    Slice Turnbuckles in half, butter and top with your favorite salt then bake following our heating instructions

    Spread hummus over the bottom pretzel buns then layer with spinach, cucumbers, carrots and tomatoes.

  • 3.

    Drizzle Maui Onion Mustard over the vegetables and top sandwich with top pretzel bun.

  • 4.

    Serve with a healthy snack like fruit and enjoy!
