Hummus & Veggie Pretzel Sandwich

Ingredients

- 6 of our Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks, thawed
- 1 tbsp of our Maui Onion Mustard
- Any of our artisanal flavored salts
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1 cup spinach

Instructions

1. Slice Turnbuckles in half, butter, and top with your favorite salt, then bake following our heating instructions
2. Spread hummus over the bottom pretzel buns, then layer with spinach, cucumbers, carrots, and tomatoes.
3. Drizzle Maui Onion Mustard over the vegetables and top the sandwich with a pretzel bun.

Serve with a healthy snack like fruit and enjoy!
