Pot o’ Gold Charcuterie Board
  • One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites 1 Bag
  • Knot Your Average Small Batch Cran Apple Sugar 1 Package
  • Butter, melted 1 Tablespoon
  • Classic Liège Belgian waffles 1 Pack
  • Sweet & Zesty Mustard 1 Jar
  • A medium-sized clover-shaped cookie cutter
  • A selection of your favorite red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple fruits and vegetables (make sure to get extra green for the outside of the board!)
  • 1.

    If One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites are frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If they're thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  • 2.

    Place One-Timers on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with Cran Apple Sugar.

  • 3.

    If One-Timers are frozen, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. If they're thawed, bake for 3 to 4 minutes.

  • 4.

    Chop all fruits and veggies.

  • 5.

    On a large serving platter create the rainbow. Start with the red arch and work your way down.

  • 6.

    Place a ramekin with mustard on the left end of the rainbow like a pot of gold!

  • 7.

    Next, cut the Classic Liège Belgian Waffle with clover cookie cutter and sprinkle with Cran Apple Sugar. Place in the center of the purple arch.

    Then, fill in the remaining open space on the board with your green produce and one-timers.

Italian Baked Cheese Dip

Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat small (about 2½ cup) oven-proof baking dish with cooking spray. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer until light and airy, about 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup ricotta cheese and beat for a minute. Add White Cheddar Cheese Sauce and beat for another minute. Add 4 teaspoons of basil, pepper and salt. Add 1 cup of cheddar and breadcrumbs. Beat until blended. Spread mixture in prepared dish. Top with remaining ¼ cup of cheddar. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until heated through but not bubbling. Serve warm, topped with tomatoes, red onions and remaining basil. Heat pretzels as directed and ENJOY!
