Sweet & Salty Charcuterie Board with Hu Chocolate Fondue
  • One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites 1 Bag
  • Classic Pretzel Salt 1 Package
  • Strawberry Sugar 1 Package
  • Wheelhouse Signature Soft Pretzels 2
  • Salty Dark Chocolate Bars, melted (leave a few squares for board garnish!) 2 Hu
  • Cherries, washed 1 Bag
  • Strawberries, washed and cut in half 1 Pint
  • Raspberries, washed 1 Container
  • Brownies, cut into bite sized pieces 3
  • Dragonfruit, sliced 1
  • Figs, cut in half 3 Large
  • 1.

    If One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites are frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If they're thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  • 2.

    Place One-Timers on a baking sheet and sprinkle some with Classic Pretzel Salt and some with Strawberry Sugar. If One-Timers are frozen, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. If they're thawed, bake for 3 to 4 minutes.

    While the oven is still heated, place 2 Wheelhouse Signature Soft Pretzels on a baking sheet and sprinkle with Classic Pretzel Salt. If Wheelhouses are frozen, bake for 8 to 10 minutes. If they're thawed, bake for 4 to 6 minutes.

    While the soft pretzels are warming, melt the Hu Salty Dark Chocolate Bars using a double boiler until you achieve a smooth consistency throughout.

  • 5.

    In a small heart-shaped bowl, pour the melted Hu Salty Dark Chocolate Bars.

    Place in the middle of a large serving board of your choosing.

  • 7.

    Next, arrange fruit, brownies and pretzels to your liking to fill the entire board.

  • 8.

    Garnish with Hu Salty Dark Chocolate Bar squares.

  • 9.

    Serve while pretzels are warm.

Italian Baked Cheese Dip

Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat small (about 2½ cup) oven-proof baking dish with cooking spray. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer until light and airy, about 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup ricotta cheese and beat for a minute. Add White Cheddar Cheese Sauce and beat for another minute. Add 4 teaspoons of basil, pepper and salt. Add 1 cup of cheddar and breadcrumbs. Beat until blended. Spread mixture in prepared dish. Top with remaining ¼ cup of cheddar. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until heated through but not bubbling. Serve warm, topped with tomatoes, red onions and remaining basil. Heat pretzels as directed and ENJOY!
