PLEASE NOTE: We only ship orders Monday - Friday. After you submit your order, it takes 1 to 3 business days to process your order for shipping. Any overnight orders placed after 2PM ET may be shipped the following business day. Shipping times are weather dependent. 

To receive your order by Dec. 25: 

  • With standard shipping: place your order by Monday, December 18th. 
  • With overnight shipping: place your order by Thursday, December 21st. 

All shipments are sent via USPS, FedEx, or UPS and take an additional 2 to 4 business days to arrive after shipping. Both Flat Rate USPS and Flat Rate FedEx take 2 to 4  business days in transit. The difference in fee is for carrier selection (USPS vs. FedEx/UPS), not expedited shipping.

Please note that our soft pretzels and Liège Belgian Waffles are shipped frozen and intended to thaw in transit. There is no need to be concerned when they arrive thawed. They are sent with priority shipping and are intended to arrive within 3-4 days of leaving our facility, but they will stay fresh for up to 7 days before needing to be refrozen.

If your delivery takes longer than expected due to carrier delays, don't worry. Our products are made with all-natural preservatives to ensure their freshness.

It's important that you open the box upon arrival and either enjoy the pretzels right away or immediately freeze them to preserve their freshness. They will not stay fresh in the box, on the counter, or in the refrigerator. They must be RE-FROZEN.
