We took advantage of a GMA Steals and Deals promotion and got these at 1/2 off. I was expecting good pretzels but these are really, really good. They freeze fine, thaw quickly, and warm up great. We haven't tried the full selection of salts yet and I must admit, I'd prefer fewer "fancy" salts and stay with the traditional "plain" pretzel salt. We were going to take some to a casual dinner with friends - - but decided not to because the pretzels are too darned good to share....

Ordered a $58.00 Box They never arrived! It’s been a month. I have contacted the company. They said they were delivered. I sent them the video from my ring showing No deliveries on that day or At the time specified they were delivered Then days later called them a 2nd time. Still no reply. Twice & they still haven’t answered my messages.

I have never had customer service so top notch. When you warm even the smallest of these little bundles of Heaven, oh my goodness!! Your whole house smells like a bread shoppe. You break apart a pretzel & the crust is perfect, the warm soft inside is AMAZING! There is nothing like these. I will forever love you & will buy more!!! Who knew a warm soft pretzel could bring so much joy???
