United StatesWe took advantage of a GMA Steals and Deals promotion and got these at 1/2 off. I was expecting good pretzels but these are really, really good. They freeze fine, thaw quickly, and warm up great. We haven't tried the full selection of salts yet and I must admit, I'd prefer fewer "fancy" salts and stay with the traditional "plain" pretzel salt. We were going to take some to a casual dinner with friends - - but decided not to because the pretzels are too darned good to share....
United StatesI placed an order on the last day for guaranteed delivery by Christmas. FedEx royally botched the delivery and not only didn't deliver it, they left it in a warehouse all weekend before attempting to deliver the perishable package the next week. I emailed customer service and they shipped me a new package of pretzels overnight so that I received it on Christmas Eve. The pretzels are amazing. The salts are all unique and flavorful. Our favorite is the Everything Salt. My family loved the pretzels.

United StatesThe pretzels were great, good flavor to the bread and interesting salt combinations. My only complaint is the amount for $60.00. I would have expected a lot more for the price, it's basically flour, water, a few other ingredients...but really I was hoping/expecting more for the price.
