Blueberry Buttercream Liège Belgian Waffle Tarts

Ingredients (makes 4) 1 Pack Liège Belgian waffles (Classic or Dark Chocolate Dipped) Fresh fruit of your choice, sliced 1 Jar Wild Main Blueberry Jam 2 Sticks (8 ounces) unsalted butter, softened 1/2 Teaspoon salt 3 1/2 Cups confectioners sugar, sifted 1 Tablespoon almond milk Chocolate shavings, optional Lemon zest, optional Piping bag for buttercream Directions If Liège Belgian waffles are frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If they're thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place 4 waffles on a baking sheet. If waffles are frozen, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. If they're thawed, bake for 3 to 4 minutes. Place butter in a stand mixer with paddle attachment and beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes. Add the jar of Wild Main Blueberry Jam and beat until combined. NOTE: save a few tablespoons of jam to add to the top of the buttercream if desired. Add in the confectioners sugar on low speed. Mix in the almond milk and salt.  Beat on high speed for 2 minutes to give the buttercream a fluffy texture. Spoon buttercream into your piping bag. Pipe buttercream in a circle to cover the top of each waffle. Decorate with your favorite fruit, chocolate shavings and/or lemon zest. Enjoy!

Herbed Butter Candle

Ingredients:  2 Bags One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites 16 Oz. unsalted butter 1 Head of garlic, roasted 2 Tsp fresh thyme 1/4 Tsp red pepper flakes 1 Edible wick 1 Paper cup Directions:  Melt butter over low-medium heat. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Add roasted garlic, fresh thyme, and red pepper flakes to melted butter until fully combined and remove from heat. Cut a small hole in the bottom of the cup. String a length of edible wick through the hole. Fill the cup with the melted butter mixture, making sure the wick remains centered. Refrigerate the cup until butter is firm. Bake pretzels at 400 degrees for 4-6 minutes.  Flip the butter candle out of the cup or cut the paper cup off the candle and place onto a serving plate. You may need to cut the paper cup to release it. Trim the wick if needed. Light the candle, allow the butter to start melting. Dip pretzels into the garlic butter and enjoy!

Blueberry Basil Grilled Cheeses

Ingredients (makes 2) 2 Classic Liège Belgian Waffles 1 Jar Wild Maine Blueberry Jam 4 Slices of white cheddar cheese 1 Container of goat cheese 8 Fresh basil leaves 2 Tablespoons of butter (for buttering your pan) Directions Fully thaw waffles and cut in half cross-wise to create two halves. Top one half of each sandwich with cheddar slices and basil leaves. On the other half of each waffle, spread goat cheese and blueberry jam evenly. Next, sandwich the halves together. Warm a pan or griddle over medium heat. Melt butter to coat the bottom of the pan. Place sandwiches in the pan and toast on both sides until golden brown. Cut in half and serve hot. Enjoy!

Spicy Thai Grilled Cheese Bites

Ingredients: (1) Bag One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites, cut in half (1) Package Omsom Savory Chili Garlic Sauce (1) Bag sliced cheddar cheese, cut into fours Sweet Mini Peppers, thinly sliced Basil Leaves Directions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut soft pretzel bites in half. Cut cheese slices into four square pieces. Place two cheese squares on bottom pretzel half. Top with basil leaf, sliced sweet peppers, about a teaspoon of the Omsom Savory Chili Garlic Sauce, and one more square of cheese. Place other half of soft pretzel on top, brush butter and sprinkle salt on top. Repeat until all soft pretzel bites are stacked. Place in oven for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy!

Spring Wheelhouse Pretzel Cake

Ingredients: 1 Wheelhouse Signature Soft Pretzel, thawed Your favorite frosting (we used homemade cream cheese frosting) Fruits and candies of choice Edible flowers, to garnish Directions: Slice Wheelhouse Soft Pretzel in half as seen in photo. Place frosting in a large pastry bag fitted with a larger round tip. Take the bottom layer of pretzel and put it on your serving plate. Pipe the frosting over inside, it should hold stiff peaks. Take the top layer of the pretzel and gently place it on top of the frosting. Repeat a layer of piped frosting. Only before serving, top with fresh fruits, candies, chocolates, and edible flowers. Enjoy! Tips: When decorating, start with the largest pieces first, and then work your way to adding the smallest items. This ensures all the toppings are evenly spread out on the top of the cake. Make sure the flowers you are using are identified as edible for safety purposes!

Ingredients: 3 Strawberry Liège Waffles 16 One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites 1 Bag Jump for Joy Sprinkles 16 Oz. white chocolate candy melts 1 Bag M&M's Directions:  Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Chop the Pretzel Bites & Waffles into small, bite-sized pieces, then toast in oven for 8-15 minutes. Let cool. Melt white chocolate candy melts according to package directions and pour over the top of the pretzel and waffle pieces. Toss evenly to coat. Add the M&M's and sprinkles and toss to coat again. Let the snack mix set for 30 minutes before breaking apart and serving. Enjoy!

Bunny Charcuterie Board

Ingredients: 1 Bag One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites, half sliced into thin chips 1 Jar Maui Onion Mustard 2 Wheels of brie (one big, one small) 8 Oz. Oaxaca cheese Other cheeses of choice (we used parmesan, monterey, and marbled blueberry) Salami, sliced Fruit of choice (we used strawberries, grapes, blueberries) Vegetables of choice (we used kale, cucumbers) Sesame honey almonds, for garnish Pistachios, for garnish Candies of choice Directions:  Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.  Slice half a bag of One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites diagonally into a thin chip shape, then toast in the oven for 5-10 minutes. Heat other half of bag One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites according to included instructions. Arrange One-Timers and pretzel chips on the board.  Cut Oaxaca cheese in half length wise. Then cut a "bunny ear" shape out of each half. Use another block of cheese of choice to cut out the "bunny feet" and "bunny tail". Cut two heart-shaped slices out of a strawberry. Place the two brie wheels on the board first, then place the cheese "bunny ears" at the top of the smaller brie wheel. Then place the "bunny feet" at the bottom of the bigger brie wheel. Lastly, place the "bunny tail" on the bigger brie wheel. Cut your choice of fruits, veggies, nuts, and Easter candies and arrange them on the board.  Enjoy!

Sweet Charcuterie Board with Jump For Joy Confetti Dip

Ingredients 1 Wheelhouse Signature Soft Pretzel 1 Bag Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks 1 Classic Liège Belgian Waffle 1 Dark Chocolate Dipped Liège Belgian Waffle 1 Package Classic Pretzel Salt 1 Package Jump For Joy Sprinkles 1 Jar Peanut Butter Caramel Sauce 1-2 Tablespoons butter, melted 1 Container whipped topping 8 Ounces cream cheese 1 Cup powdered sugar 4-6 Bags of your favorite Easter candy, depending on the size of your board Directions If artisanal soft pretzels and Liège Belgian waffles are frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If they're thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place 1 Wheelhouse Signature Soft Pretzel on a baking sheet. If Wheelhouse is frozen, bake for 8 to 10 minutes. If it's thawed, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. Place 2 Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks on a baking sheet. If Turnbuckles are frozen, bake for 6 to 8 minutes. If they're thawed, bake for 3 to 5 minutes. Place 1 Classic and 1 Dark Chocolate Dipped Liège Belgian waffle on a baking sheet. If waffles are frozen, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. If they're thawed, bake for 3 to 4 minutes. Let cool and cut along the lines to create waffle sticks. Mix whipped topping, cream cheese, powdered sugar and ½ package of Jump For Joy Sprinkles to make dip. Set aside. Take the Wheelhouse and Turnbuckles and create bunny shape in the middle of your board. Fill Wheelhouse with dip and garnish with extra sprinkles. Fill ramekin with Peanut Butter Caramel Sauce and place of the bottom of your board. Place waffle sticks on either side of the pretzel bunny. Garnish those with sprinkles. Fill in remaining space on board with candy of your choice. Enjoy!

Ingredients 1 Bag One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites or Jumbo Soft Pretzel Bites 1 Tablespoon melted butter 1 Pack Classic Liège Belgian Waffle 1 Jar Maui Onion Mustard A medium-sized clover-shaped cookie cutter A selection of your favorite red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple fruits and vegetables (make sure to get extra green for the outside of the board!) Directions If Bites are frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If they're thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place Bites on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter. If Bites are frozen, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. If they're thawed, bake for 3 to 4 minutes. Chop all fruits and veggies. On a large serving platter create the rainbow. Start with the red arch and work your way down. Place a ramekin with mustard on the left end of the rainbow like a pot of gold! Ingredients (makes 6) 1 Bag Jumbo Soft Pretzel Bites 1 Package Classic Pretzel Salt 6 Slices of your favorite Irish cheese 1 Small clover cookie cutter 1 Bunch chopped chives for garnish Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice thawed Jumbo Soft Pretzel Bites in half to create a sandwich. Use the clover cookie cutter to cut out the middle of each top half. Take each bottom half and top with cheese slice. Then, place cut out tops on top of the cheese. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 4 minutes. Garnish with chopped chives. Enjoy!

Pretzel Honey BBQ Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients:  1 Bag Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks 1 Lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 Tsp salt and black pepper 1/2 Tsp paprika and garlic Powder Olive oil, as needed 4 Slices provolone cheese 2 Large red onions Hot honey, for drizzling on chicken 4 Peaches, thinly sliced 1 Package arugula Directions: One at a time, lay the chicken breast inside a freezer bag. Use a meat mallet or rolling pin to gently pound the chicken to a 1/2-inch thickness. Use a sharp knife to cut the chicken into 4 equal pieces. Combine the salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper in the same freezer bag. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the same bag. Mix around and let marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil grate. Place the chicken on the grill and cook, covered, for 3 to 5 minutes per side. Cooking time will vary depending on your grill and how thick your chicken breasts are. Add a slice of cheese to the top of each chicken breast and cook for about 1 minute or until the cheese is melted. The chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Transfer the chicken to a platter and cover with foil. Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the onion into wedges, leaving the root partially intact so the layers stay together on the grill. Brush with olive oil and season with a little salt and pepper. Place the onion pieces on the grill and cook until tender, turning once. This will take about 8 to 10 minutes. Cut the pretzel sticks in half, lengthwise. To toast the pretzel sticks, place cut side down on grill during the last minute or two of cooking time. To assemble the sandwiches, top half of the sliced pretzel sticks with a piece of grilled chicken and drizzle generously with hot honey. Top with grilled onions, peach slices, and arugula. Top with the other half of the pretzel sticks as the bun and serve. Enjoy!

Strawberry Balsamic Goat Cheese Dip with Pretzel Chips

Ingredients 1 Bag SlidePiece Soft Pretzel Slider Buns 1 Teaspoon Classic Pretzel Salt 1 Teaspoon Strawberry Sugar 14 Ounces goat cheese 2 Tablespoons honey ⅓ Cup balsamic vinegar 2 ½ Tablespoon granulated sugar 12 Ounces strawberries, hulled and chopped 1 Bunch basil leaves for garnish Directions Preheat oven to 425 degrees. If frozen, thaw SlidePiece Soft Pretzel Buns. Cut thawed SlidePieces into 4 slices (approximately 1/4 inch thick). Place SlidePiece slices on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle some with Classic Pretzel Salt and some with Strawberry Sugar. Bake for 3-5 minutes or until crispy. Remove and let cool. Meanwhile, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, and honey in a food processor and process until fluffy and smooth. Grease a small baking dish with olive oil and scrape in goat cheese mixture. Using a spoon, smooth goat cheese into an even layer. In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and sugar over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until vinegar is slightly syrupy and coats the back of a spoon, about 10 minutes. Let cool. Place goat cheese dip in the oven and bake until lightly browned on top, 10-12 minutes. Stir together strawberries and basil in a small bowl. Spoon berries on top of the baked goat cheese dip. Drizzle the balsamic reduction on top. Serve with SlidePiece pretzel chips. Enjoy!

Savory Pretzel-Bread Pudding

Ingredients 1 Bag SlidePiece Soft Pretzel Slider Buns 3 Tablespoon butter, melted 1 Package of Pretzel Salt 2 to 3 Large leeks, cleaned and sliced thinly 6 Large eggs 3 Cups whole milk 1 Teaspoon salt 1 Pinch of black pepper 1 Jar DeLallo calamata olives 6 Oz gruyere cheese, grated Directions In a large skillet over medium low heat, melt 1 tbsp butter. Add in the leeks and rosemary saute, stirring frequently, until the leeks are lightly golden, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Spray a 9"x13" ceramic baking dish with cooking spray and set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix in leeks, olives, 2/3 of the gruyere cheese, and SlidePiece Soft Pretzel Slider Buns. Pour mixture into prepared ceramic dish, cover with plastic wrap, and place in fridge to sit for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take bread pudding out of the fridge, remove plastic wrap, and top with remaining 1/3 of gruyere. Turnbuckle French Toast Sticks

Ingredients 12 Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks, sliced in half long ways 3 eggs  1 1/2 cups whole milk or your favorite milk substitute 2 tsp French Toast Sugar 1 Tbsp vanilla 1 pinch kosher salt 1 tsp cinnamon Butter, for pan Fresh berries, optional Instructions Slice your Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks with a serrated knife in half in the long direction. Make the egg mixture. In a medium bowl, whisk together 3 eggs, 1 1/2 cups milk,  2 tsp Eastern Standard Provisions French Toast Sugar, 1 tablespoon vanilla, 1 pinch kosher salt, 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Whisk until it is completely smooth and the cinnamon is well incorporated. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish like a pie plate, or an 8x8 inch pan. Place pretzels in the mixture and let it sit there for 30 minutes. Flip the bread and soak the other side.  Next, cook the french toast. Heat a 12 inch skillet over medium low heat. When it is hot, add 1 tablespoon butter to coat the pan. Place the french toast on the pan. Cook on medium low heat for 3-5 minutes. Top with more French Toast Sugar and fresh berries. Enjoy!

Ingredients:  2 Wheelhouse Signature Soft Pretzels 1 tbsp everything spice  2 eggs Chives, chopped 1/2 a red onion, sliced Tomatoes on the vine 1 avocado, sliced Olive oil or butter to cook your eggs Instructions: Butter the 2 Wheelhouse Signature Soft Pretzels and top with everything spice.  Prepare pretzels per the heating instructions. Heat skillet over medium low heat. Ingredients: 3 SlidePiece Soft Pretzel Slider Buns 2 avocados, mashed 1 lime, juiced Toppings of choice (see step 5 for some suggestions!) Ingredients: 1 Wheelhouse Signature Soft Pretzel  1 Bag of One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites Butter, melted 1 packet of Classic Pretzel Salt 1 each yellow, green, and red peppers 1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce 1 cup shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chickens are a great option) 1 cup of your favorite shredded cheese  1 green onion, sliced chopped fresh cilantro Instructions: Heat oven to 350ºF. Mix cream cheese and BBQ sauce in a medium bowl until blended.  Fold in chicken and cheese and mix well.  Spread into a small oven safe dish. Bake 20 to 25 min While your dip is in the oven, prepare your pretzels per the instructions.  Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with our Pretzel Salt.  Once your dip is done, heat your pretzels.  Slice peppers into strips for dipping.  Pick a large platter and place our Wheelhouse Signature Soft Pretzel in the middle.  Fill with dip.  Arrange the peppers and One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites around the Wheelhouse.  Sprinkle green onion and cilantro on the dip and enjoy!!

If they're thawed, bake for 3 to 4 minutes. If you want cheeseburgers, cut your favorite cheese into 12 1 1/2 inch circles. Cook mini burger patties and hotdogs to your liking. Top burgers with cheese. Cut slightly cooled One-Timers in half, creating burger and hot dog buns. Add patties and hot dogs to the One-Timer mini buns. Cheesy Pretzel Casserole

Try our Cheesy Pretzel Casserole made with our turnbuckle soft pretzels and white truffle salt.  Ingredients 6 Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks, thawed & slice diagonally 6 slices of bacon 8 eggs 2 cups of milk 1 cup of heavy cream 2 tbsp. finely chopped chives 2 tsp. chopped thyme leaves 1/4 tsp. of kosher salt 1/4 tsp. of finely ground black pepper pinch of cayenne 1 cup shredded Gruyere, divided 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided 6 cremini mushrooms, sliced 6 white mushrooms, sliced 1 tsp butter, for the pan 1/2 tsp. of White Truffle Pretzel Salt  Cooking Instructions: 1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy, about 8 minutes.  Drain the bacon on a paper towel-lined plate, then chop into bite size pieces.  2. In a large bow, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, chives, and thyme. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne, then stir in about 3/4 a cup of shredded Gruyere and 3/4 cup of shredded mozzarella.   3.  Lightly butter a 9x13" baking dish.  Scatter soft pretzel slices, cooked bacon and mushrooms into the baking sheet.  Then pour the egg mixture on top. Press down gently on pretzels to make sure they're fully soaked in the mixture. (Refrigerate for 30 minutes up to overnight). 4. When you're ready to bake the casserole, preheat oven to 250 degrees.  Top the casserole with the remaining cheese (1/2 cup of gruyere & 1/2 cup of mozzarella). Bake until golden, about 45 minutes.  Garnish with Eastern Standard White Truffle Salt and chives and serve warm.

BBQ Peach Burrata Pretzel Bruschetta

Ingredients:  Crostini 1 Bag Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks 8 Ounces burrata cheese, at room temperature 2 Peaches, sliced Fresh basil Tomato Vinaigrette 1/3 Cup extra virgin olive oil 2 Cups small cherry tomatoes 3 Cloves garlic, chopped 2 Tbsp fresh thyme Red pepper flakes Kosher salt and black pepper 2 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar Directions:  To make the vinaigrette: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil, tomatoes, garlic, thyme, and a pinch of red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Cook until the tomatoes begin to burst for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then stir in the vinegar. Preheat your grill to high heat or preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Slice Turnbuckles in half and slice peaches. Place Turnbuckles and peaches on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil on both sides of each slice, season with salt. Place the soft pretzels and peaches on the grill and grill both sides for about 2-3 minutes per side or until lightly toasted. Remove from the grill. Break the burrata over the soft pretzels. Top with a layer of grilled peaches, then spoon over the tomato vinaigrette. Sprinkle with fresh basil and enjoy!

Boursin cheese (we used garlic and herb flavor) 1 Egg, beaten 1 Cup pretzel crumbs (4 Turnbuckles - toasted and crumbled) 1 Tablespoon Hot Honey Preferred vegetables   Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place the beaten egg and the pretzel crumbs into two separate bowls. Dip the Boursin in the egg, ensuring it's well coated. Then coat the Boursin in the pretzel crumbs. Ingredients 1 Wheelhouse Signature Soft Pretzel 1 Bag One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites 2 Tablespoons butter, melted 1 Package of Classic Pretzel Salt 4 Ounces of cream cheese, softened 1/3 Cup cour cream 1/2 Teaspoon garlic salt 1.5 Cups of your favorite BBQ pulled pork 2 Cups of shredded colby jack cheese 1 Bundle fresh chives, for garnish Directions If Wheelhouse Signature Soft Pretzel is frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If it's thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place Wheelhouse on a baking sheet, brush with 1 tablespoon melted butter, and sprinkle with Classic Pretzel Salt. If Wheelhouse is frozen, bake for 8 to 10 minutes. If it's thawed, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. While the oven is still preheated, place 1 bag of One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites on a baking sheet, brush with remaining tablespoon of butter, and sprinkle with Classic Pretzel Salt. If One-Timers are frozen, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. If they're thawed, bake for 3 to 4 minutes. Using a stand mixer, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, garlic salt, and 1 cup of the colby jack shredded cheese. When a smooth consistency is achieved, mix in the pulled pork. Place the pulled pork mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbling. Remove from oven. Place the Wheelhouse on a large serving tray. Spoon the pulled pork mixture into the center of the Wheelhouse and arrange One-Timers on the dish. Garish with fresh chives. Enjoy!

Cranberry Pecan Baked Brie

Ingredients ¼ Cup fresh orange juice 1 Cup fresh whole cranberries 1 Tablespoon grated orange zest 1 (8-ounce) wheel Brie cheese ½ Cup chopped Pecans 2 Tablespoons honey Rosemary for garnish Instructions Preheat the oven to 400°F. Simmer the orange juice in a 2-quart saucepan set over medium-low heat until reduced, about 3 minutes. Add the cranberries and orange zest and cook until the mixture is thickened and coats the back of a spoon, about 5 more minutes. Meanwhile, place the Brie on a 12-inch round ovenproof serving platter or in a medium ovenproof skillet. Bake until the cheese is softened, 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, top with the warm fruit mixture and the nuts, then drizzle honey on top. Garnish with rosemary and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Whipped Brie Butter Christmas Tree

Ingredients:  6 Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks 1 Bag of One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites for dipping 8 Oz. package of Kerrygold butter (cool) 8 Oz. wheel of President Brie 1/2 Pomegranate 1 Whole bulb of garlic 2 Tablespoons Kosterina Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 Sticks rosemary 1 Tablespoon of Nate's Raw Honey Salt & pepper to taste 9 Cheddar cheese slices 2 Tablespoons unsalted dry toasted almond slivers Star cookie cutter Parchment paper Aluminum Foil Cutting board Directions:  Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the bottom off of the garlic bulb and place on aluminum foil. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season with salt & pepper. Loosely wrap tinfoil around the garlic and place the oven for 30-40 minutes. Once the garlic is cooked and cooled, scoop into a bowl and set aside. Cut the rind off of the Brie and cut into cubes. Then, cut butter into cubes. Put the cubed butter and Brie into the food processor and blend until whipped. Cut thyme into small pieces to use as "branches" and set aside. Seed the half-pomegranate and set aside. Cut cheddar cheese slices into stars using the cookie cutter. Cut a tree shape out of parchment paper and lay on cutting board. Dab butter on the backside of the tree and flip it over to help the paper stay in place. Using a spatula, spread whipped butter and Brie mixture over the parchment paper, following the outline of the tree. Place cheddar cheese stars throughout tree. Then, place rosemary sprigs on the Christmas tree limbs. Spread small amounts of garlic around tree. Scatter almond slivers & pomegranate seeds throughout tree. Drizzle honey all over. Cook pretzels according to instructions and add to the board. Dip and enjoy!

If thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place Pretzel Bites on a baking sheet, brush with 1 teaspoon melted butter, and sprinkle with crushed candy canes. If frozen, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. If thawed, bake for 3 to 4 minutes. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and softened butter until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar and fold in whipped topping, set aside. In a separate mixing bowl, mix pudding, milk, vanilla extract, peppermint, and a few drops of pink food coloring. Fold this mixture in with the cream cheese mixture. Ingredients 1 Pack Wheelhouse Signature Soft Pretzels 1 Package Classic Pretzel Salt 1 Package Chili Lime Pretzel Salt 1 Tbsp Everything Spice 1 Fresh red bell pepper, cut into strips 2 Tablespoons lemon juice ¼ Cup tahini 3 Cloves garlic 1 Teaspoon salt 1 (15 ounce) Can chickpeas, rinsed 2 Teaspoons olive oil 2 Fresh chipotle chiles in adobo 1 (15 ounce) Can pumpkin puree 1 Teaspoon ground cumin ½ Teaspoon smoked paprika 1 Roasted pumpkin seeds as garnish Directions Thaw Wheelhouses before handling. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place 5 Wheelhouses on a cutting board and cut into slices approximately 1/4 inch thick. Place slices on a baking sheet, brush pretzel slices with butter, and sprinkle some with 1 teaspoon Chili Lime Pretzel Salt, some with 1 teaspoon Classic Pretzel Salt, and the remaining slices with 1 teaspoon Everything Spice. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Using the same warming instructions, place 1 Wheelhouse on a separate baking sheet. Brush with butter and sprinkle with Classic Pretzel Salt. Bake for 4 to 6 minutes. Use this Wheelhouse for center presentation. In a food processor, pulse lemon juice, tahini, garlic cloves and salt. Once combined, add in chickpeas, olive oil and chiles. Pulse until mixture is smooth. Add in pumpkin puree, cumin, and smoked paprika. Pulse until mixture is combined. On a platter fill the center of the Wheelhouse with the prepared hummus. Drizzle with adobo sauce for more flavor. Ingredients:  1 Bag One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites 1 Bag Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks 1 Bag SlidePiece Soft Pretzel Slider Buns 1 Jar Dark Chocolate Fudge Sauce 1 Jar Peanut Butter Caramel Sauce Variety of chocolates (we used chocolate bars and peanut butter chocolate cups) 1 Bag Jumbo Marshmallows  1 Bag Mini Marshmallows Fruit (1-2 cups of each) - strawberries, raspberries and blueberries Directions:  If frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees.  Cut soft pretzel bites, sticks, and slider buns in half; brush with melted butter.  If frozen, bake for 6-8 minutes. Ingredients:  1 Bag One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites 2 Tbsp chili sauce 3 Tbsp brown sugar 8 Oz. mustard 1 16 Oz.-package of hot dogs, cut into 16 pieces 2 Ears fresh corn, cut into 12 pieces 1 Green pepper, cut into 12 pieces 1 Red onion, peeled and cut into half-moons 1 Red bell pepper, cut into 12 pieces Directions:  Preheat grill to medium heat. In a medium bowl, combine chili sauce, brown sugar, and mustard; mix well and set aside. On each skewer, thread a piece of hot dog, corn, green pepper, onion, red pepper, and a soft pretzel bite. Teriyaki Pretzel Burgers

Ingredients: FourSeam Soft Pretzel Buns Burger patties of choice Pineapple Rings Red Onion Slices Teriyaki Sauce of choice Shredded cabbage Directions:  Preheat the grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grates. Grill the pineapple rings and red onion slices until caramelized and tender. Grill the burgers for 4 minutes on the one side, flip, and then brush with teriyaki sauce. Grill 4 minutes on that side, then flip again and brush the other side with sauce. Continue cooking until the burgers are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 160 to 165°F, about 10 minutes total. Move to a plate, cover, and rest 5 minutes. Turnbuckle Lobster Rolls

Ingredients:  1 Bag Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks 1 Lb. cooked lobster meat, or meat from 2-3 medium-sized lobsters 4 Tbsp butter 1 Tbsp mayo 1 Tbsp finely diced celery rib 1 Tsp lemon juice Sprinkle of chives Salt & pepper to taste Directions:  Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut a "V" shape out of the tops of thawed turnbuckles, like a sub bun. In a small bowl, stir together softened butter and garlic. Spread mixture onto the insides of the precut turnbuckles. Toast in the oven for 3-5 minutes. Drain lobster and pat excess moisture off with a paper towel. If needed, cut lobster meat into chunks. Add butter to a skillet over medium heat. Add lobster to pan of melted butter and toss to coat. Cook until just warmed, about two minutes (it's already cooked, so we're just warming it). Use a slotted spoon to remove meat and let excess butter drip into the pan. Pour the warmed lobster into a bowl with the mayo and stir to combine. Add diced celery, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper to the bowl and stir to combine. Place 1/6 of lobster mixture into the Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks. Top with a sprinkle of fresh chives and serve immediately.  Enjoy!

Feta cheese 2/3 Cup shelled pistachios 1/2 Cup packed fresh mint leaves 3/4 Cup plain full-fat greek yogurt 2 Tbsp lemon juice Zest from one lemon 1 Baby cucumber Handful cherry tomatoes Directions: In a food processor, blend the shelled pistachios until a smooth nut butter forms. (This may take a few minutes.) Add the feta, mint, yogurt, lemon juice, and lemon zest and blend to combine. While the food processor is running, add the oil in a thin and steady stream through the hole of the processor's lid. Continue blending until light and silky smooth in texture. Ingredients:  1 Bag Honey Butter Flavored Sourdough Hard Pretzel Pieces 1 Bag SlidePiece Soft Pretzel Slider Buns 1 Lb chicken tenders, skinless, boneless 1/2 Cup flour 2 Eggs, whisked Favorite sauce or dressing of choice Shredded lettuce Directions:  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Bake SlidePiece Soft Pretzel Slider Buns according to directions, put aside Put bag of Honey Butter Flavored Sourdough Hard Pretzel Pieces into a food processor and stop when they're chopped finely, put aside Cut chicken tenders in half Dredge chicken in flour, then shake off the excess. Dredge in egg, then dredge in pretzel crumbs. Repeat until all chicken is breaded. Spray air fryer basket with nonstick spray, then preheat air fryer to 350 degrees Once air fryer is heated, cook chicken for 10 minutes, flip the pieces, then cook another 5 minutes. Make sure the chicken is in an even layer, not on top of each other. This might need to be done in batches. Blueberry Lemon Pretzel Parfait

Ingredients:  12 One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites, cubed 1 1/2 Cups blueberries, fresh or frozen 1/3 Cup water 1/4 Cup granulated sugar 2 Cups heavy cream 1/4 Cup honey 1 Cup lemon curd 1 Tbsp lemon zest Directions:  Cut the One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites into small cubed pieces and set aside. Stir the blueberries, water, and sugar together in a small pot. Cook over medium-low heat until thickened and reduced by half, around 6-12 minutes. Let cool completely. Place the cream and honey in a larger mixing bowl and whip on high speed until the cream holds soft peaks. In serving glasses, alternate layers of whipped cream, pretzels, lemon curd, and blueberries, until full. Garnish with lemon zest and enjoy! Lemon Curd Ingredients:  1/3 Cup granulated sugar 1/3 Cup fresh lemon juice 2 Tsp lemon zest 2 Large eggs room temperature 1/4 Cup butter room temperature Lemon Curd Directions:  In a small saucepan combine sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and eggs. Spray ramekins with nonstick cooking spray and place onto a cookie sheet. Cut SlidePiece Soft Pretzel Slider Buns into cubes and set aside in a large bowl. In a small sauce pan, melt the milk and butter on medium heat. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, Irish Whiskey, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Ingredients: 1 Package Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks 1 Lb ribeye steak, trimmed and very thinly sliced 1 Tbsp cooking oil of choice 1/4 Tsp sea salt 1/4 Tsp black pepper 1/2 Large sweet onion, diced 6 Slices provolone cheese 2 Tbsp unsalted butter 1 Garlic clove, pressed Chopped parsley, for garnish Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut a "V" shape out of the tops of thawed turnbuckles, similar to a sub bun. In a small bowl, stir together softened butter and garlic. Spread mixture onto the insides of the precut turnbuckles. Toast in the oven for 3-5 minutes. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, add diced onions and sauté until caramelized. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan and turn to high heat. Spread the steak in an even layer on top of the onions. Let brown for a 3 minutes, then flip and add seasonings. Lay cheese on top of the steak and onions until melted. Fold cheese into steak and onions. Use a spatula to portion out the cheesy beef into each soft pretzel bun. Garnish with parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!

Sweet Love Treats

Ingredients: 1 Classic Liège Belgian Waffle (chopped into pieces) 1 Strawberry Liège Belgian Waffle (chopped into pieces) 1 1/2 Cups One Timer Soft Pretzel Bites (chopped into pieces) 1 Package Sweet Love Sprinkles 1/4 Cup unsalted butter 5 Cups miniature marshmallows 1 Teaspoon almond or vanilla extract   Directions: Prepare an 8x8 baking pan by lining it with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Lightly spray pan with non-stick cooking spray. Chop the Pretzel Bites & Waffles into small, bite-sized pieces. Then toast in oven at 400º degrees for 12-18 minutes. Let cool. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, melt butter and marshmallows over low heat. Stir continuously until the marshmallows are melted and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and add in almond or vanilla extract, stirring gently to combine. Add the pretzel and waffle pieces to the pot, then stir gently with a rubber spatula to coat the pieces in the marshmallow mixture. Add in the reserved cup of mini marshmallows and Sweet Love Sprinkles. Stir gently to combine. Put aside some sprinkles if you'd like extra sprinkles on top of the treats. Pour the mixture into a lined or buttered baking dish. Using greased wax or parchment paper, gently press the treats into an even layer. Top with additional sprinkles. Let cool for 1 hour before cutting the treats into bars. Enjoy!

Ingredients:  1 Package FourSeam Soft Pretzel Buns, thawed 1 Package Hickory Smoked BBQ Pretzel Salt 1 Tbsp butter 1 Tsp olive oil 1 Lb ground beef  ⅓ Green bell pepper, minced ¼ Large sweet yellow onion, minced 2 Cloves garlic, minced  1 Tbsp tomato paste ⅔ Cup ketchup ⅓ Cup water 1 Tbsp brown sugar  1 Tsp yellow mustard ¾ Tsp chili powder ½ Tsp Worcestershire sauce  ½ Tsp kosher salt ¼ Tsp black pepper ¼ Red pepper flakes (optional) Dash of hot sauce or sriracha (optional)  Directions:  Preheat the oven to 425° and prepare FourSeam Buns according to instructions. Season with Hickory Smoked BBQ Pretzel Salt prior to heating.  Heat butter and oil in a large skillet over medium to medium-high heat. Add beef and cook for 5 minutes, breaking apart into crumbles as you go. Transfer to colander and drain. Add onion and bell pepper to the same skillet and cook 2-3 minutes, until soft. Add garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add beef back to the skillet, then add tomato paste. Stir well. Add ketchup, water, brown sugar, mustard, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and hot sauce/red pepper flakes. Stir well to combine.  Cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, until mixture has thickened to your liking. Remove from heat and serve over toasted FourSeam buns.  Enjoy!

Waffle Gingerbread House

Ingredients:  7 Classic Liége Belgian Waffles  1 Jar Dark Chocolate Fudge Sauce Royal Icing of choice  2 Sprigs fresh rosemary  Decorative candies of choice (we used gumdrops, miniature candy canes, and red licorice) Directions:  Unwrap Classic Liége Belgian Waffles. Cut one waffle diagonally into 2 triangle pieces for the front of the roof.  Take 2 full waffles and cover one side of each in Dark Chocolate Fudge Sauce. These will be the sides of the roof.  Use the remaining 4 plain waffles to make the base of the house, standing them up in the center of the plate to make a square. Use icing to secure the waffles to the plate.  Secure triangle-cut pieces to parallel edges of the base structure, using icing to stick into place.  Secure fudge-dipped waffles into place as the roof of the house. Ice the edges of the waffles before placing onto the structure to stick.  Cover all edges of the house in icing. Stick one sprig of rosemary on both sides of the roof front edges. Arrange decorative candies around the structure to finish.  Enjoy!

Turnbuckle French Toast Bake

Ingredients: 12 Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks 6 Eggs 4 Cups of your milk of choice 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon 1 Teaspoon vanilla 1 Tablespoon maple syrup 1 Pack Gingerbread Sugar 1 Orange for zesting  Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Whisk the wet ingredients, cinnamon, and Gingerbread Sugar together in a bowl.  Cut Turnbuckles into short pieces, about 3 cuts per pretzel stick. Put the pretzel pieces into the braiser, then pour egg mixture over. All the pieces should be soaking in the mixture.  Zest orange over the top.  Bake for 35 - 40 minutes. Let cool before serving.  Enjoy!

Topknot Peppermint Sundae

Ingredients: (Makes 1-2 servings) 1 Topknot Signature XL Soft Pretzel 1 Jar Dark Chocolate Fudge Sauce 1 Package Sweet Love Sprinkles 1 Scoop of your favorite peppermint ice cream Directions:  If Topknot Signature XL Soft Pretzel is frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pecan Berry Baked Brie with Pretzel Chips

Ingredients: Black Berry Compote: 1 cup blackberries 3 tbsp honey Zest of 1 lemon 2 tsp fresh lemon juice 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves Baked Brie: 14 oz Brie cheese ⅓ cup blackberries ⅓ cup sliced strawberries ¼ cup candied pecans Pretzel Chips: 1 Package Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks   Directions:  Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a small pan, over medium-high heat add blackberries, honey, lemon zest and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and break up blackberries with a fork. Add thyme and simmer until sauce thickens, about 5 mins. Meanwhile, score the top of the brie and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the center of the brie is melted. Slice the pretzels, brush with butter and sprinkle with Eastern Standard Provisions White Truffle Salt. Place pretzels on a baking sheet, heat for 3-7 minutes. Ingredients 1 Bag One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites 1-2 Tablespoons butter, melted 1 Package of Chili Lime Salt 1 Rotisserie Chicken, shredded 1 Bottle of your favorite cilantro lime dressing, we suggest Stonewall Kitchen's Cilantro Lime Dressing 1 Bunch kale, chopped 1/2 Head of purple cabbage, chopped 1 Bag of arugula 1 Avocado, mashed Directions If One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites are frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If One-Timers are thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place on baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with Chili Lime Salt. If they're frozen, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. If they're thawed, bake for 3 to 4 minutes.  Cut slightly cooled One-Timers in half to create mini buns. Place shredded rotisserie chicken in a bowl and add half the bottle of cilantro lime dressing. Ingredients 1 Pack Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks 1 Pack Classic Liège Belgian waffles 1 Package Lemon Rosemary Salt 1 Package French Toast Sugar 2 (8oz) Packs cream cheese, softened Sweet fillings of your choice (we like strawberries, mango, starfruit and blueberries), sliced thin Savory fillings of your choice (we like cucumber, beets, butternut squash and tomato), sliced thin Sprouts, edible flowers and herbs, optional for garnish Directions If Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks are frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If they're thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place 6 Turnbuckles on a baking sheet. If Turnbuckles are frozen, bake for 6 to 8 minutes. If they're thawed, bake for 3 to 5 minutes. Cut ends of each Turnbuckle off to create a more rectangular shape. Then slice in half to create a top and bottom. While oven is still preheated, place 6 Classic Liège Belgian waffles on a baking sheet. If waffles are frozen, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. If thawed, bake for 3 to 4 minutes. Cut edges off of waffles to create a more rectangular shape. Then slice in half to create a top and bottom. Place each pack of softened cream cheese in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon rosemary salt to one and 2 tablespoons of french toast sugar to the other. Mix to combine. Set aside. Spread each side of your sweet tea sandwiches with French Toast Sugar and cream cheese mixture. Then layer sweet fillings on top of the cream cheese. Top with other half. Do the same for your savory tea sandwiches using Lemon Rosemary Cream cheese mixture. Layer savory fillings in those. Garnish tops with sprouts, edible flowers and fresh herbs. Enjoy!

Ingredients (makes 2) Single Classic Liège Belgian waffle 1 Package French Toast Sugar 2 Medium frozen bananas (sliced and frozen at least 1 1/2 hours) ¼ Cup Old Fashioned oats 1 Tablespoon almond butter ¼ Cup milk of almond milk ¼ Cup espresso ½ Teaspoon vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon maple syrup 1/2 Fresh lemon for rimming glass 1 Fresh strawberry, cut in half, for garnish 1 Cup ice Directions Thaw 1 Classic Liège Belgian waffle, cut into cubes, and place on skewers for garnish. Set aside. Place bananas, oats, almond butter, almond milk, espresso, vanilla extract, and maple syrup in a blender. Blend on high until a smooth consistency is achieved. Juice 1/2 lemon and pour the lemon juice onto a small plate. Take your glasses and dip them into the lemon juice. Gently shake the glass. While the lemon juice is still moist, rim the glasses with French Toast Sugar. Pour in smoothie. Garnish with a skewer made of waffle cube and strawberry. Enjoy!

If they're thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place Turnbuckles on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with Classic Pretzel Salt. If Turnbuckles are frozen, bake for 6 to 8 minutes. If they're thawed, bake for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from oven. While the oven is still heated, place One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with pretzel salt. If One-Timers are frozen, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. Ingredients (makes 2) 2 FourSeam Soft Pretzel Buns 1 Jar Maui Onion Mustard 4 Slices of thin cut smoked turkey 4 Slices of cheddar cheese 1/4 Cup fresh spinach 1 Medium tomato, sliced 1 Fresh jalapeño, sliced Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thoroughly thaw 2 FourSeam Soft Pretzel Buns. Once thawed, layer two slices of turkey and sliced cheese on the bottom of each FourSeam. Cover turkey and cheese with the top half of each FourSeam. Next, top each FourSeam top bun with shredded cheese and jalapeño slices. Place on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for 4 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from the oven. Ingredients (makes 6) 1 Bag Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks 1 Package Classic Pretzel Salt 18 Fresh asparagus spears 1/2 Clove of garlic, minced 1 Tablespoon olive oil 1 Pinch of salt/pepper 6 Slices of prosciutto 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 Tablespoon butter, melted Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut asparagus spears so that they are roughly the same length as your Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks. Place asparagus spears, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a small pan on medium heat. Cook until asparagus is tender. While asparagus is cooking, slice Turnbuckles long-ways, being careful not to cut all the way through. Once asparagus is tender, remove from heat. Take three spears and roll them in 1 piece of prosciutto. Repeat for all 6 bunches. Place rolled asparagus into Turnbuckles. Top each with shredded cheddar cheese. Transfer Turnbuckles to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Brush sides with butter and sprinkle with Classic Pretzel Salt. Place in the oven for 4-6 minutes or until cheese is melted. Ingredients (makes 4) 1 Pack SlidePiece Soft Pretzel Slider Buns 2 ¼ Cup split peas, rinsed 2 Large carrots, chopped 2 Celery stalks chopped 1 White onion, chopped ¼ Head of green cabbage, shredded 5 Cups vegetable broth 1 Tablespoon olive oil 1 Teaspoon garlic powder 1 Teaspoon thyme Salt to taste Black pepper and fresh peas for garnish A small clover-shaped cookie cutter Immersion blender or traditional blender Directions If SlidePiece Soft Pretzel Slider Buns are frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If they're thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place 4 SlidePiece Buns on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter. If SlidePiece Buns are frozen, bake for 6 to 8 minutes. If they're thawed, bake for 3 to 5 minutes. In a large pot, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 5 minutes. Next add the carrots, celery, cabbage, garlic powder and thyme to the pot. Stir continuously for 5 minutes. Add the split peas and broth and stir to combine. Bring everything to a boil, then cover and simmer on medium-low heat for 2 hours. Use your immersion blender or traditional blender to purée your soup. Add salt to taste. Ingredients (makes 5) 1 Bag One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites 1 Package Classic Pretzel Salt 1 Hu Salty Dark Chocolate Bar, melted 1 Package Strawberry Sugar 5 Whole strawberries, washed 1 Brownie, cut into bite sized pieces 5 Skewers Directions If One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites are frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If they're thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place 5 One-Timers on a baking sheet and sprinkle with Classic Pretzel Salt. If One-Timers are frozen, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. If they're thawed, bake for 3 to 4 minutes. While the One-Timers are warming, melt the Hu Salty Dark Chocolate Bar using a double boiler until you achieve a smooth consistency throughout. Layer brownie bites, One-Timers, and whole strawberry on each skewer. Next dip the strawberry in the melted chocolate. Sprinkle the chocolate covered strawberries with strawberry sugar while the chocolate is still warm. Place on parchment paper to harden. Repeat for each skewer. Enjoy!

Ingredients 1 Bag One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites 1 Package Classic Pretzel Salt 1 Package Strawberry Sugar 2 Wheelhouse Signature Soft Pretzels 2 Hu Salty Dark Chocolate Bars, melted (leave a few squares for board garnish!) 1 Bag cherries, washed 1 Pint strawberries, washed and cut in half 1 Container of raspberries, washed 3 Brownies, cut into bite sized pieces 1 Dragonfruit, sliced 3 Large figs, cut in half Directions If One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites are frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If they're thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place One-Timers on a baking sheet and sprinkle some with Classic Pretzel Salt and some with Strawberry Sugar. If One-Timers are frozen, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. If they're thawed, bake for 3 to 4 minutes. While the oven is still heated, place 2 Wheelhouse Signature Soft Pretzels on a baking sheet and sprinkle with Classic Pretzel Salt. If Wheelhouses are frozen, bake for 8 to 10 minutes. If they're thawed, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. While the soft pretzels are warming, melt the Hu Salty Dark Chocolate Bars using a double boiler until you achieve a smooth consistency throughout. In a small heart-shaped bowl, pour the melted Hu Salty Dark Chocolate Bars. Place in the middle of a large serving board of your choosing. Next, arrange fruit, brownies and pretzels to your liking to fill the entire board. Garnish with Hu Salty Dark Chocolate Bar squares. Serve while pretzels are warm. Enjoy!

Ingredients (2 servings)  2 Liège Belgian waffles 1 Jar Dark Chocolate Fudge Sauce 1 Tablespoon Strawberry Sugar 1 Heart-shaped cookie cutter 2 Popsicle sticks 1 Icing bag Directions If Liège Belgian waffles are frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees. If waffles are frozen, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. If thawed, bake for 3 to 4 minutes. Let cool. If thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place 2 waffles and 10 One-Timers on a baking sheet. Ingredients 2 Green apples; chopped 2 Cups of fresh cranberries 1 Package of Knot Your Average Small Batch Cran Apple Sugar 1/2 Cup granulated sugar 1 Bunch of fresh rosemary 1 Bottle of Lamarca Prosecco 1 Bottle of sparkling apple cider Directions Chop both green apples into small pieces. Add all but a few of the pieces of green apple to the bottom of your drink pitcher. You will use the remaining green apple pieces for garnish. Rinse the cranberries in a colander and immediately roll a handful in sugar. Set aside sugared cranberries to use for the garnish. Add all cranberries except the sugared cranberries to the pitcher. Use a muddler or wooden spoon to crush some of the fruit in the bottom of the pitcher. Pour in the Prosecco and the sparkling apple cider. Add rosemary to the top to garnish. Ingredients 4 TopKnot Signature XL Soft Pretzels 1 Package Classic Pretzel Salt 1 Tablespoon butter, melted 8 Ounces softened cream cheese 1 Teaspoon minced garlic ¼ Cup sour cream ¼ Cup parmesan cheese ¼ Cup shredded mozzarella cheese Seeds of one pomegranate Assorted veggies Directions Thaw TopKnots before handling and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place 1 Topknot in food a processor and pulse until crumbed. Place Topknot crumbs on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 3 to 5 minutes or until brown. Let cool. Place 2 TopKnots on a cutting board and cut into slices approximately 1/4 inch thick. Place slices on a baking sheet, brush pretzel slices with butter, and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon Classic Pretzel Salt. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Place remaining TopKnot on a separate baking sheet and brush with butter. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes. Use this TopKnot for the center presentation. Mix cream cheese, garlic, sour cream, cheeses, and 1 teaspoon Classic Pretzel Salt  in a bowl. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Place pretzel crumbs on a plate. Ingredients 1 Bag Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks, cut in half lengthwise 1 Package Knot Your Average Small Batch Thanksgiving Leftovers Salt 2 Cups Butternut Squash, peeled and cut into small cubes 1/4 Cup extra-virgin olive oil 1 Cup shallots, chopped 1 Jar fig jam 16 Ounces goat cheese 2 Teaspoon butter, melted 1/4 Cup walnuts, coarsely chopped 1 Tablespoon fresh thyme Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees Place butternut squash cubes in a bowl and toss with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of Thanksgiving Leftovers Salt. Place coated butternut squash on a tin foil lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until tender. Once you take the butternut squash out of the oven, adjust the temperature (if needed) to warm the Turnbuckles. If Turnbuckles are frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees. If frozen, bake for 6 to 8 minutes. If thawed, bake for 3 to 5 minutes. If thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place One-Timers on a baking sheet. If frozen, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. If thawed, bake for 3 to 4 minutes. Next, place the Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks on a baking sheet.  If frozen, bake for 6 to 8 minutes. If thawed, bake for 3 to 5 minutes.  While the One-Timers and Turnbuckles are cooling, melt the white chocolate melted per instructions. Ingredients 1 Bag of One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites 1 Wheelhouse Signature Soft Pretzel 1 Tablespoon & 2 Teaspoons butter, melted 1 Can pumpkin puree 1/2 Cup apple juice 1/2 Cup pure maple syrup 2 Teaspoons vanilla extract 1/4 Teaspoon ground allspice 1/4 Teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 Teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg 1/4 Teaspoon sea salt Cinnamon sticks Whole nutmeg (optional) Directions If Wheelhouse Signature Soft Pretzel is frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place the Wheelhouse on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter. If frozen, bake for 8 to 10 minutes. If thawed, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. While the oven is preheated, place One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter. If frozen, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. If thawed, bake for 3 to 4 minutes. Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pot on medium heat. We love adding in whole cinnamon sticks and nutmeg to deepen the fall flavors while it cooks. Stir together and let mixture cook until it starts to bubble and thicken. Simmer on low for 15-20 minutes. Take your pot off of the stove and let your pumpkin butter cool enough  to remove whole cinnamon sticks and nutmeg. Spoon pumpkin butter into a ramekin. Ingredients 1 Teaspoon Strawberry Sugar 1/4 Cup granulated sugar 1/4 Cup all-purpose flour 2 (generous) Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 Teaspoon baking powder 1/8 Teaspoon baking soda 1 Pinch of salt 1 Large egg yolk 2 Tablespoons milk 1 Tablespoon + 2 teaspoons olive oil 1/4 Teaspoon vanilla 1 Tablespoon + 1 Teaspoon espresso powder Directions Preheat the oven to 350. Coat 2 individual serving ramekins with olive oil spray, and set them on a baking sheet. In a small bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and pinch of salt. Set aside. In another bowl, whisk together wet ingredients: egg yolk, milk, oil, vanilla, and espresso powder. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, and stir gently to combine. Ingredients 1 Bag SlidePiece Soft Pretzel Slider Buns, warmed per instructions 1 Package Strawberry Sugar 1 Teaspoon butter, melted 2 Pounds fresh strawberries, rinsed, hulled and halved ½ Cup raw honey  1 Teaspoon lemon zest 2-3 Tablespoons lemon juice Directions If SlidePiece Soft Pretzel Slider Buns are frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place 6 SlidePieces on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons Strawberry Sugar. If frozen, bake for 6 to 8 minutes. If thawed, bake for 3 to 5 minutes. Let cool. Place strawberries in a pot. Add in honey, lemon juice and zest. Toss to incorporate. Warm the pot on medium heat, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Use a spoon to mash strawberries as they start to break down. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Take off heat and let cool. Ingredients 1 Bag FourSeam Soft Pretzel Buns 1 Teaspoon butter, melted 1 Pint of your favorite ice cream 1 Package of Jump For Joy Sprinkles Directions If the FourSeam Soft Pretzel Buns are frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If they're thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place the Pretzel Buns on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and top with Jump For Joy Sprinkles. If frozen, bake for 8 to 10 minutes. If thawed, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. Let cool. Place a generous scoop of your favorite ice cream between the two halves of each pretzel bun. Pour Sprinkles on a plate. Cover the ice cream with sprinkles by holding the ice cream sandwich between your fingers and rolling it across the sprinkle plate. Enjoy now or freeze for later!

Ingredients (makes 6-10 servings) 1 Bag One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites 1 Package of French Toast Sugar 1 Package of Pretzel Salt 2 Tablespoons butter, melted 1 Jar Peanut Caramel Sauce 1 Packet Jump for Joy Sprinkles ¼ Cup crushed peanuts for garnish 3 Large red and/or green apples, sliced  Directions Place One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites on a baking sheet. If frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brush pretzel bites with melted butter, and sprinkle with Pretzel Salt or French Toast Sugar. Ingredients (makes 2) 2 Popsicle sticks 2 Large apples (green or red) 1 Jar Peanut Caramel Sauce 1 Packet Jump For Joy Sprinkles Directions Press popsicle stick into the top of each apple. Korean BBQ Turnbuckle Tacos

Ingredients: Asian Slaw 3 cups shredded cabbage 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped 1 small bunch of green onion, chopped 3 Tbsp sesame oil 2 tsp sugar 1 tsp Korean BBQ Salt 1/4 tsp ranch dressing Sriracha Ranch Sauce 2 Tbsp sriracha 1/2 cup ranch dressing Tacos 4 Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks 4 Servings of your favorite Korean beef Instructions: Slice the Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks on top long ways (make sure not to go all the way through).  Butter and sprinkle with Korean BBQ Salt and bake per the instruction.  Prepare your Korean beef. Mix all the ingredients for Asian Slaw together and set aside.  Combine Sriracha and ranch dressing in a small bowl and set aside as well.  Layer slaw and beef in the Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks. BBQ Potato Salad

Ingredients 6 Medium tricolor potatoes, about 2 1/2 to 3 pounds, skin on and quartered 3 Tbsp white vinegar 6 Green onions diced 5 Hard boiled eggs peeled 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise 1 Tbsp Maui Onion Mustard 3/4 tsp kosher salt 1/2 tsp Hickory Smoked BBQ Salt Instructions: Bring a large pot of cold water to a boil. Reduce the heat to a lightly rolling boil over medium heat. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes are easily pierced with a fork. Drain and allow the potatoes to cool until you are just able to handle. Peel the skins from the potatoes and cut into 1/2" to 3/4" square pieces. Transfer the warm potatoes to a large mixing bowl and sprinkle with the white vinegar. Toss the potatoes with the vinegar and set the potatoes aside to cool, about 15-20 minutes. Add the green onions to the potato mixture. Chop 4 of the hard boiled eggs and add to the potato mixture. In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, Maui Onion Mustard, Hickory Smoked BBQ Salt and pepper. Fold into the potato mixture and season with more salt and pepper to taste. Slice the last egg into thin slices and place the slices on top of the salad. Sprinkle with more Hickory Smoked BBQ Salt. Chill until you’re ready to serve and enjoy!

Red, White, and Blue Pretzel Trifle

For the whipped cream: 1 1/2 cups heavy cream 6 Tbsp sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract For the Pudding Layer (optional): 4 oz white chocolate instant pudding mix(dry) 2 cups cold milk For the Trifle Assembly: 1 bag of baked and cooled One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites 1 lb strawberries (hulled and sliced) 1 lb blueberries For the whipped cream: Add your cream, sugar and vanilla in a large mixing bowl and whip all ingredients together. Whip over high speed until stiff peaks form. Set aside. For the Pudding Layer: Combine the dry pudding mix and milk and whisk together for 2 minutes. Set aside. For the Trifle Assembly Spread half of your bites over the bottom of the trifle dish.  Add a layer of blueberries over the top.  Spread half of the pudding and whipped cream over the top of the strawberries.  Add a layer of strawberries. Add a layer of bites. Add a layer of whipped cream over the berries. Decorate the top in a pretty pattern with extra berries and bites.

Chicken Cali Club Pretzel Sandwich

Ingredients 4 FourSeam Soft Pretzel Buns 1 Packet of Hickory Smoked BBQ Salt 1 Tablespoon of melted butter 2 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast (once cut in half, this recipe makes four servings) 1 cup orange juice 1 Tablespoon garlic seasoning ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper 1 Avocado sliced and smashed 1 Lime, juiced 1 Heirloom tomato sliced 4 Slices of your favorite cheese 4 Leafy greens 4 Strips of bacon cooked Instructions:  Combine orange juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl to create a marinade Cut chicken breasts in half and place them into the marinade  Preheat the grill on high heat Place chicken breasts on the grill for 15 minutes, turning once. While the chicken cooks, slice tomatoes and lettuce, smash avocados and add lime juice. During the last minute of cooking, place the cheese slices on chicken to melt. Mushroom and Pepper Sausages

Be sure to try our Mushroom and Pepper Sausages the next time you fire up the grill!  Ingredients:   4 of your favorite sausages, grilled 2 portobello mushrooms, chopped 1 onion, chopped 2 jalapeño peppers, chopped 2 medium sized chili peppers, chopped 2 Tbsp. of olive oil 1 jar of Horseradish Peppercorn Mustard 1 oz. of Hickory Smoked BBQ Salt 4 Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks 1 Green onion, chopped (optional) Instructions: Over medium heat, warm the olive oil in a pan.  Add chopped mushrooms, onion, jalapeño peppers, and chili peppers. Saute until cooked through, set aside when done.  Grill the sausages. Heat Turnbuckles per the instructions, use the Eastern Standard Hickory Smoked BBQ Salt as the Turnbuckle topper. Once the Turnbuckles are heated, cut a slit in the top of each Turnbuckle. Grill the hamburger patties to your liking. When the patties are almost done, layer 1-2 slices of fresh mozzarella on top and let it melt.  Warm up the tomato sauce. Once the buns and burgers are ready, place the burger on the FourSeam soft pretzel bun and spoon tomato sauce on top of each of the mozzarella topped patties.   Finish with a leaf of fresh basil on the burger. Classic Bacon Burger

Ingredients: 4 FourSeam Soft Pretzel Buns 1/2 oz. Three Cheese Pretzel Salt 1 Jar of Maui Onion Mustard 4 Hamburger patties Red onion, sliced Tomato, sliced Romaine Lettuce, chopped  Bacon, cooked until crispy Your favorite cheese, sliced Crinkle cut fries, optional Instructions: Prepare our FourSeam Soft Pretzel Buns, sprinkled with our Three Cheese Salt, heat as directed. Grill the hamburger patties to your liking. When the patties are almost done, layer 1-2 slices of cheese on top and let melt. Once buns and burgers are ready, place chopped lettuce on the buns, then layer the cheese topped burgers, cooked bacon, tomato, onion and spread our Maui Onion Mustard on the top of the bun. Cheesy Grilled Corn on the Cob

Its grilling season and what's a BBQ without corn on the cob? Impress your friends and family with this easy cheesy grilled corn on the cob recipe! Ingredients: 4 ears of corn 4 Tbsp. of unsalted butter, melted 1/2 oz. of Three Cheese Salt Instructions: Shuck ears of corn.  Melt the butter and brush each ear of corn generously. Place the corn directly on the hot grill and rotate the ears every-so-often to evenly cook the corn. (its okay if they get a little black) When they are almost done, sprinkle the Three Cheese Pretzel Salt and let it melt slightly.   Remove from the grill and enjoy!

Pretzel Garlic Bread

The Pretzel Garlic Bread are quick and delicious! They can be served alongside soup, salad, or pasta.   Ingredients  6 Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks , thawed 1 stick salted butter, at room temperature.  6 cloves of garlic– preferably roasted garlic  2 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese ½ oz Three Cheese Salt Fresh parsley, to garnish. Instructions  Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine the butter, garlic, and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese in a large bowl until well incorporated. Slice the Turnbuckles in half horizontally and spread the top of each half with equal amounts of garlic butter. Place the sticks on a baking sheet, butter side up. Top with remaining cup of mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Eastern Standard Three Cheese Salt. Bake for 5-8 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Increase the heat to a low broil and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes to crisp up the top and edges.  Keep a close eye during this time.  Remove when the cheese begins to brown. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy!

Mud Pudding Pretzel Parfait

Whether you are celebrating Earth Day, a birthday, or just looking for a fun activity this recipe is a refreshing take on the classic dirt pudding!  Pretzel Crust Ingredients 12 One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites, thawed & slice diagonally 1 tbsp cane sugar 1/4 tsp Pretzel Salt 2 oz. unsalted butter, melted 1 oz. Chocolate Espresso Sugar  Instructions Preheat oven to 400 degrees In a food processor, process pretzels into crumbs, add sugar and salt. Stream in butter Place on cookie sheet and bake for 5 minutes, or until golden brown Set aside and let cool Mud Pudding Instructions Pick your favorite chocolate pudding and follow the instructions Parfait Instructions Once the pudding & pretzel crust is ready, layer mixtures starting with pretzel crust, then chocolate pudding. Repeat this until the jar is full.  Sprinkle with Eastern Standard Chocolate Espresso Sugar and add a gummy worm for fun!

Green Goddess Chicken Salad on a Pretzel Roll

The Green Goddess Chicken Salad Pretzel Sandwiches are a great healthy, bite-size snack or appetizer.  We love to eat these year round! Ingredients 6 SlidePiece Pretzel Buns (thawed) 1 Rotisserie Chicken- approximately 2 cups of chicken 6 Tablespoons Green Goddess dressing, enough to coat chicken ¼ cup Candied Walnuts (or nut of your choice) 4 oz fresh Raspberries 1 cup Arugula 1 tsp Eastern Standard White Truffle Pretzel Salt Instructions Shred chicken into strips, place into a bowl Add Green Goddess dressing (see our recipe here) and toss Fold in raspberries and nuts Slice then bake the SlidePiece Soft Pretzel Slider Buns as instructed using the White Truffle Salt Put arugula on the bun first, spoon a mixture of the chicken salad. A classic healthy dip and/or dressing for any occasion.   Ingredients 2 small avocados, smashed 1 cup of parsley 1 cup mixed soft leafy herbs (such as dill, mint, tarragon, and/or cilantro) 2 tbsp chives, chopped 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp lemon zest 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO) 2 tsp capers 1 clove of garlic 1/4 tsp White Truffle Salt Freshly ground black pepper Pinch of cayenne pepper Instructions: In a food processor, combine the avocados, parsley, mixed herbs, chives, lemon juice, lemon zest, EVOO, capers, garlic, salt, pepper, and cayenne.  Pulse until well combined. Featuring a sweet Raspberry Lime Sugar rim, and made with real raspberries, this drink is both a tasty and photogenic accompaniment to your Valentine's (or Galentine's!) Day dinner. Ingredients (Serves 4): Eastern Standard Provisions Co. Raspberry Lime Sugar 1/2 bag frozen raspberries, approximately 1 cups 2 tbsp. sugar 1 cup vanilla ice cream 1 bottle of champagne or sparkling wine Fresh raspberries with raspberry chocolate for garnish Lemon Directions: In a small saucepan, thaw raspberries on medium heat until they've broken down and become soup-like. Add sugar to saucepan and combine, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and puree until well blended. Pour mixture through sieve into freezer-safe container to remove raspberry seeds. Let mixture cool. Squeeze lemon wedge around rim of glass, and dip into Raspberry Lime Sugar. Put 1 tbsp. of raspberry puree in bottom of glass, add a 1/4 cup scoop of ice cream, then pour champagne over. Garnish with fresh raspberries & enjoy!
